1 living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed (sleeping 2 people), TV, DVD player, Hifi system, large bay window overlooking the port and a terrace of 5m2 (garden furniture) -
1 kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 4 gas hob, dishwasher -
1 bathroom with shower, sink -
Separate WC -
1 room with 2 beds in 90cm with duvets or large bed in 180cm for 2 people -
WIFI. Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Recent bedding. Washing machine. Gas heating. Terrace furniture. Free public parking on the port. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 2 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog allowed less than 7kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

Appartement magnifique face au port. Arrivée compliquée un samedi à 17h30 : pas de chauffage et ni d'eau chaude ( affaire résolue par tel: gaz fermé !) et lave -vaisselle en panne ( sel manquant). Heureusement, mon compagnon a pu faire les interventions ! Pas sûr qu'une personne non initiée ait pu s'en sortir....nous critiquons donc la mise à disposition de l'appartement sans préparation initiale. Sortie autonome. Remise des clés dans la boîte aux lettres de l'agence .

Très belle station balnéaire bretonne avec ses différentes ambiances selon les quartiers.

Appartement très bien situé sur le port de plaisance avec un confort sommaire mais suffisant pour une semaine. On peut néanmoins regretter l'absence de double vitrage et l'isolation phonique du voisinage du dessus inexistante ou presque. Mais la superbe vue du balcon fait oublier le reste sur un court séjour.
