PRIME 2025 DATES OPEN! STREET LEVEL! RIGHT ON THE SHORES OF TABLE ROCK LAKE! LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL EMERALD POINTE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND JUST MINUTES FROM ALL THE ACTION OF BRANSON! Our condo is very clean and well-appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe. Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glassed all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time. We are offering a deluxe 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and/or chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. We have a new swimming pool as of May of 2018 just across the parking lot on the other side of the condo. We are only 50 yards or less from Tablerock lake, but there are some trees between the condo and the lake so we are lake front but not lake view. The US Army Corp of Engineers has a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree. Emerald Pointe is also a boaters and fisherman's paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone. This is a single unit that can be rented as a two or three bedroom, it will not be rented to more than one group at a time. PRIME DATES AVAILABLE AT GREAT RATES FOR THIS LAKEFRONT CONDO! Some dates now good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August we have a 6 night minimum with check in on Saturday or Sunday. 7 night or more rentals get a 5% discount. In the summer we only book weekends when one guest checks out on a Friday and the next guest does not check in until Sunday. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $110 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable.

We enjoyed the condo and location. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! It is a bit of a hike down to and back up from the dock but the lake is amazing!

Beautiful quiet setting close to town everything that you need

Beautiful quiet setting close to town everything that you need. My family and I just stayed this Easter weekend and made wonderful memories and had a wonderful time the location is out of town but close enough if you want to go into the hustle and bustle or need to get anything from the store. It is far enough out that it is quiet and it is literally right on table rock lake with a marina. The kids loved it and cannot wait to go back so did we!

Overall, the property was great. The amenities were as advertised and we had a great stay. This property is on the second level and the only minor complaint that we had was that sometimes you could hear the residents above walking around. Everything else was fantastic and gave us a great base station for visiting around the area yet the ability to get away to the quietness of the condo to relax.

We booked this condo back in January for the first week in July. I spoke with Sandy several times with questions and she was responsive. I think the location was more beautiful than the pictures show. Extremely clean plenty of space for everyone. My guys fished everyday and the girls loved the saltwater pool. I did have to sign a separate contract a few weeks before we arrived and past cancellation deadline.I was aware of this from my first conversation with Sandy. I did leave $100 for the maid instead of $95 because she came by in day 2 of our stay to check up on us and to see if we needed anything. We did enjoy our quality time with our adult children who we only see twice a year. I would definitely book again and recommend this unit to others.

This condo has a lake view (although limited when the trees are fully leafed out), but it is beautiful. The area is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The condo was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly.

One of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. Sandy was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We did hear the upstairs tenants going about normal activities but that was due to the construction of the building. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would rent again.

We are Norm and Sandy Harms and we love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 25 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex on Emerald Pointe and it was GREAT! At the time I asked my husband, 'how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here at Emerald Pointe? It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the lake waters edge, the pool, an on site marina and boat slips, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos.com. Thanks, Sandy

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 so we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.

What makes this property unique

We are so close to the Lake, the water is only 50-75 yards in front of the condo building. We have an on site swimming pool, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a marina with a convenience store less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away at the Southtown mall. We have very little traffic on the land or the water. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of site seeing, shopping or boating.
