The condo was super nice and just what we needed. The only problem is there was no hot water for baths or showers. The sinks were hot but not the showers. Not sure why but was very disappointed we could not bath the babies. We’d just one night so we didn’t have time to really address it with anyone.

Great spot for a quick get away

We like to go to Branson for a quick getaway. The point royale condos are great and this one was even better because it’s on the first floor. The pool there is very nice and great for our littles. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come again and stay here.

Perfect location. Friendly host. Clean rooms. Kitchen was well supplied for meals. Washer and dryer was much appreciated! Best of all…entering front door was easy for our disabled adult son…only two low steps.

We have stayed here in this condo several times. It’s a great location located close to the pool. Works well for my family. Only complaint is the black top tracks a lot of dirt into the condo and your feet get dirty because of the blacktop.

Great condo

Condo was larger than expected! Very clean. Owner was wonderful to deal with and communicated often. Highly recommend and location in Point Royale was great…away from crowds but not too far from restaurants and venues. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at the condo, very clean, spacious, close to shows, shopping, restaurant, 76 strip. Condo was very quiet, there were a few minor things that need to be fixed, The master bathroom shower has a lot of water pressure that needs turned down a little & the hot water didn’t last but a minute, I’m not sure what was going on there, while l like good water pressure this one was so hard it hurt when it hit the skin need more than one trash liner in bathrooms, over all we had an excellent stay & I was able to bring my 2 dogs. Would stay again..

This condo was perfect for us. We loved the set up. You walked into the kitchen, dining room, living room. Both bedrooms had super comfy beds. Best part for our moms, only 2 steps into the condo. Mike was wonderful, so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Location

We LOVED staying at Mike’s place. The entire condo was so comfortable. It had everything we needed, including extra pillows and blankets. The gated community the condo is in was wonderful. We’d love to visit again in summer to enjoy all of the amenities! Mike was extremely responsive and helpful to us, loved working with him. We highly recommend this condo!

Fishing at Lake Taneycomo

Spent a couple days fishing LT. This is a perfect location with private access to the river/lake. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Condo was close to pools and club house. First floor unit so very easy to pull in to parking spaces and your at the door within a few steps. Furnished well with all kitchen amenities. Very clean and Pointe Royale complex is very well taken care off. Would definitely come back.

One night Holiday stay

Check in was 4:00pm, host failed to communicate check in information until 6:50pm, leaving us trying to problem solve on the side of the road with two toddlers. Resort staff was so sweet and helpful trying to help us in the chaos. Great location, relatively clean (walls and baseboards could use a major wipe down). The hot and cold on front shower is mixed up, labeled cold but it’s hot. Major liability as a property owner. Poor VRBO experience, hope it was a one off for this property.

Spacious and with amenities

The house was perfect for our family plenty of room. I had two different bathrooms so we didn’t have to share with our kids. The amenities were amazing. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming pretty much the whole trip.
