*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

Room was nice, had to call someone about a grill to use, pool was way to crowded with unruly kids only went once because of this. Grounds were well maintained. I would not stay here again because the pool area was like a day care with no teachers

We will be back! The cleanliness of the condo was my first priority and it surpassed my expectations (and I'm very picky!). The location next to the river was beautiful and quiet! Everyone we met in the gated community was so friendly. Use of the fitness center was a plus and short walk from the unit! Having the roomy condo was an added bonus!we

The property is well advertised and is exactly what is shown in the pictures. The bedding was great, the views were incredible, and the location to everything is within close proximity to anything you want to do in Branson. Highly recommend this property.

Spring Break Getaway

Great Vacation Spot

We have stayed at Pointe Royale multiple times. We really liked the screened in deck and view of the water. It was very peaceful to have coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The property was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous condo and location

Great location on Lake Tanneycomo. I like the layout of the condo. Our only issue was the 2nd bedroom did not have a shade or curtain on the high window, so the light in the morning popped in early. Everything else was just terrific.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect little weekend getaway with the kids. Definitely would stay here again. Loved the little welcome basket with goodies. Great area. Loved that this condo was so close to the other amenities and the view was amazing. I Definitely want to stay here again when it's a little warmer. Condo has also been updated since these pictures were taken so its even better!

Great Location!

This was a great vacation spot. Condo was right next to Lake Taneycomo which was wonderful. We were also very close to town which allowed us to go to restaurants and activities within 10-15 minutes. Lots of fly fishing along the lake and three fly shops within 5 minutes of condo. Bass Pro Shops is awesome and you have to do all the Johnny Morris sponsored stuff. Amazing! Also go see a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre, incredible!! Great vacation spot, i would recommend to everyone.

The condo was set in a very relaxed environment away from the hustle of the strip. Sitting on the balcony with the screened in area was so nice. The decor is very nice. The entire unit looks updated except for the showers. We would like to visit again.
