Prestigious Pointe Royale Condo/Pet Friendly

Beautiful pet friendly 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in Prestigious Pointe Royale, a gated golf community. The Pointe’s amenities boast an indoor pool, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, restaurant and bar, championship golf for a fee as well as tennis courts and golf pro shop. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Only 4 steps up from the parking lot to our front door!
Enjoy the large galley Kitchen with all appliances including coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer are right off of the kitchen. Nice size dining area and amazing living room with access to the deck overlooking an outdoor pool, playground, and outdoor BBQ with picnic table.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have king size beds, and private bathrooms. Master bathroom is brand new with shower/tub combo, brand new vanity, new tile floor and is absolutely beautiful! Second bathroom has a walk in shower!

Very nice remodeled Condo which we both enjoyed very much much …. we have stayed inmany Condo’s in Point Royale, but this one was our favorite… we also liked the fact that there weren’t many stairs to climb for entry to the Condo
