Enjoyed our stay here, quiet area so getting a good night sleep was easy, hot tub was spectacular, very clean and well maintained. Garage is the game room which we used nightly. Only issue we had was the state required pool alarm going off on its own, we notified the host after leaving the property, I received a message that they replaced the alarm with a new one as well as a few other updates they felt were needed. We would stay here again.

When you stay for a week and it just isn’t long enough. What a wonderful villa , ideally situated close to Disney parks but with a character totally of its own. We stayed as a rest and relaxation time and we managed that so well. A beautiful villa with a modern and spacious feel on the inside however on the outside the pool and hot tub were the winners , along with the sunset view of an evening. A week just wasn’t long enough and I’m sure we will return, as it was a villa with a true character and charm all of its own. We had a fantastic stay and only wished we didn’t have to go home !

The property was perfect for our visit to Orlando. We were located close to the parks and minutes away from Margaritaville. Maria and Andy were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, good space and a fabulous pool and hot tub. Our hosts were great and checked in with us during our stay. We forgot to ask for the pool to be heated and they got right on it and the pool was nice and warm by that evening. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

We stayed march 6th to 10th 2026. The house was amazing! We spent every moment we could in the pool and hot tub. Everything you need for cooking and doing cleanup was there. So close to disney theme parks and old town Kissimmee. Definitely will be our go to house when visiting florida!

Residence was nice. Very close and convenient to theme parks and shopping. Was way more than we needed as a couple. Only drawback was the lack of any hand held shower wands, all fixed shower heads.
