Fully equipped, air-conditioned VILLA just steps from the beach—50 m² south-facing terrace

15 minutes from Perpignan, 25 minutes from Collioure, and 40 minutes from Spain, this pretty villa will meet your expectations for your summer holidays or a “simple” weekend (rental all year round) .

Located 150 m from the beach (in Canet Plage Sud), in a private residential area made up of individual houses (very calm and pleasant environment), this charming and comfortable house can accommodate up to 7 people (5 people + possibility of accommodate 2 additional people with sleeping on sofa bed in the living room).

It is made up of 2 independent bedrooms (1 with a double bed & 1 with 3 single beds + cot available), a living-dining room (equipped with TV - Bluetooth speaker - wifi available in summer 2018,…) , a kitchen fully equipped with household appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, "traditional" coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Bosch food processor, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher 15 place settings, fridge with freezer space, washing machine,…), a bathroom (with shower) and an independent WC.

Outside, a patio with a large aluminum table, comfortable chairs but also 2 deckchairs and a solar shower.

The advantages of this villa:

a reserved private parking space, just behind the house.

Great for the beach

Enjoyed our stay in this property. The accommodation is very practical and makes good use of space. Very accessible to the beach at Canet-en-Roussillon. Used public transport to Perpignan city and bus stops right outside property so that is also very convenient. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Mucho calor

La casa no estaba mal, pero ponía que tenía aire acondicionado y no era así. Sólo tenía un equipo portátil que hacía muchísimo ruido y enfriba muy poco. También había dos ventiladores viejos y también muy ruidosos. En definitiva, pasamos muchísimo calor.

Nous reprochons à la location, beaucoup trop de pigeons, tourterelles qui nous empêchent de nous reposer. Au delà de cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location pour la proximité des commerces et de la plage.

Eine sehr sehr schöne sonnige Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen dennoch zentral

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat zur jeder Zeit Sonne oder Schatten. Im Sommer spielt sich das Leben komplett draußen ab. Eine Klimaanlage würde die Nächte erholsamer machen. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung für uns Perfekt.

Séjour à Canet en Roussillon

Logement correspond au descriptif,proximité des commerces et des plages.Très bien avec des enfants,la terrasse étant clôturée. Une climatisation serait un plus

Villa très agréable et très bien placée, Nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour, à proximité de la plage, des commerces , restaurants et animations tout en étant au calme je recommande vivement cette adresse et espère bénéficier à nouveau de cette location quand nous reviendrons à Canet. eric .D
