Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.
Towels, sheets, hair dryers and hand soap will be available to you at no additional cost, while items of personal hygiene such as toothpaste and shampoo will not be provided.
Finally, the building is equipped with a laundry area in the basement that can be used by the guests of the apartment.

Francesco was great! Communication was almost instant, the apartment was clean and well appointed, and the location can’t be beat. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is convenient to many of Milan’s sites. It was comfortable & Francesco communicated directions well. His mother, Antonia, was delightful as she explained how everything worked. The only complaint would be the building can be noisy at times & the neighbors do like to party on the weekends. Otherwise it was a very nice place for home base while in Milan.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. Location was good - we could walk to everything we wanted to visit - The Last Supper, Galleria and Castello Sforzesco. Apartment was comfortable and owner was very responsive to messages sent via the Stayz app. The area felt very safe and would recommend.

The most significant issue was the towels, which felt like Brillo pads. I resorted to using paper towels to dry myself after my shower. The toilet’s unusual flush system was also quite awkward. Despite these minor inconveniences, the host was very pleasant, and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a good night’s sleep for a one day stay. Thank you

The host was out of the country, but his adorable mother showed me around. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the wifi to work while I was there. Additionally, I had trouble getting the dishwasher to run and actually clean the dishes. Finally, there was no rug in the living room area, which made the apartment feel without warmth. My complaints aside, the location was fantastic, and the surrounding area was delightful.
