Very bright house with 3 large bay windows that open onto a fully enclosed garden and set back from the street and in a quiet area. A sunny wooden terrace will allow you to take your family meals around a barbecue or to lounge on deckchairs or deckchairs.
Contemporary furniture is coordinated and chosen in colors in harmony with the island spirit. You will have all the comfort allowing you to spend a very pleasant stay: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, barbecue, deckchairs ...

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht! Das Haus hat wirklich einen tollen Standart, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die nĂ€chsten GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto oder Rad zu erreichen. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig, ein ĂŒberwachtes Strandgebiet mit flachem Sandstrand liegt allerdings etwas weiter weg und ist mit dem Rad erreichbar. Leider waren die RĂ€der wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes in keinem guten Zustand, so dass lĂ€ngere Radtouren damit nicht möglich waren und wir den Weg zum Starnd im Stehen bewĂ€ltigt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und hilfsbereit, die AnsprĂŒche des Vermieters was den Zustand der Wohnung bei Abreise anging war allerdings sehr hoch (etwas Mehl auf dem Boden des Backofens wurde moniert), obwohl die Endreinigung bezahlt war und wir die Wohnung in guten Zustand verlassen haben. Alles in allem ein tollen Haus mit liebevoller Ausstattung, was dem Vermieter sehr am Herzen liegt.

Das HĂ€uschen liegt an der WestkĂŒste. Der saubere und weitlĂ€ufige Strand ist zu Fuß schnell und einfach zu erreichen, ob Buddeln oder Wellenreiten- wir sind alle auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung spiegelt das wunderschöne Inselflair. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass ausfĂŒhrlich gekocht werden kann. Im Garten ums Haus finden sich nicht nur Esstisch und Sonnenliegen sondern auch FahrrĂ€der mit denen die schöne Insel erkundet werden kann oder man fĂ€hrt damit morgens einfach zum BĂ€cker. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Wir können nur Gutes berichten und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt hier!

IdĂ©alement situĂ©e, au calme, Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres de la magnifique plage de Chaucre, la maison est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e. On s’y sent comme chez soi. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le manque de wifi n’est pas gĂȘnant, nous recommandons et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

FĂŒr französische VerhĂ€ltnisse fast luxuriöses Anwesen mit super Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen - trotz gehobenem Preis - ĂŒbertroffen. Es ist fußlĂ€ufig und fast uneinsichtig am Ende einer Stichstraße, sehr nahe an einem der schönsten StrĂ€nde der Ile d'OlĂ©ron gelegen. Sogar eine Boulangerie gibt es in dem Ort. Das Haus hat jegliche Ausstattung, die man sich vorstellen kann und wird vom EigentĂŒmer extrem gut gepflegt. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber es ist auch sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr zwei befreundete Familien mit jeweils einem Kind. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen großen, stabilen Sonnenschirm, den man gerade in heißen Tagen sehr zu schĂ€tzen weiß. Die Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmer sind eher schmal, was fĂŒr uns noch okay war, sollte man aber berĂŒcksichtigen. Die FahrrĂ€der - naja, gut gemeint vom EigentĂŒmer - stehen eben am Meer und unterliegen schon dem Meeresluftverschleiß. Wir hatten dann zwei fĂŒr uns erwĂ€hlen können, besser sind natĂŒrlich die Eigenen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen!

Excellent séjour à Oléron

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située (au calme et à proximité immédiate de la plage) et décorée avec gout. Nous avons aussi apprécié la cuisine moderne et bien équipée. La maison de plain-pied convient bien à de jeunes enfants. C'était notre premier séjour sur l'ßle d'Oléron, nous reviendrons sûrement.

Sehr schönes, neues und großzĂŒgiges Haus nah am Meer

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit zwei Kindern in Chaucre in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung des gerĂ€umigen Hauses ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, viele Details wie ausreichend Geschirr, um mehrere Tage ohne SpĂŒlen auszukommen und den GeschirrspĂŒler auch sinnvoll nutzen zu können, der schön bepflanzte Garten oder vorhandene Mehrfachsteckdosen unterscheiden dieses Haus von vielen, bei denen man das GefĂŒhl hatte, daß dort noch niemand ernsthaft gewohnt hat. Der Vermieter und auch die Agentur vor Ort haben jederzeit vorbildlich kommuniziert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Dieses Haus ist also absolut weiterzuempfehlen!
