It includes a living room with dining area and open fitted kitchen, 2 real bedrooms (not cabin) with 1 double bed for one and 2 single beds for the other.
Nice freshly renovated apartment located in Les Houches 5 km from Chamonix, beautiful surface of 50 m2, intended to accommodate up to 6 travelers.
Sheets and towels provided.
The living room sofa bed can also accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom, completely redone, consists of a bathtub and towels will be provided as well as sheets and duvets.
It is located 300 m from the Bellevue cable car (Les Houches Saint - Gervais ski area) and all amenities (supermarket, bakery, tourist office, town hall, post office, restaurants, etc.).
You will also find a bus stop 300m away allowing you to reach Chamonix and the ski areas by free shuttle (day and night).
Many hiking departures are accessible around the apartment.
You benefit from a double underground garage as well as a ski locker.

Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
Tout était parfait pour nous dans cet appartement très bien situé. Non loin des commerces, à quelques minutes du départ de belles randonnées, pistes de ski et à 10 minutes de Chamonix.

Parfait!!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bien situé car proche de tous commerces et des pistes de ski. On peut tout faire à pied. Appartement très bien aménagé et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et toujours disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement idéal pour séjour à la montagne, Nina et Florent sont des hôtes aux petits soins
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans les Houches, à proximité des commerces, avec un vue imprenable sur les montagnes.
Idéale pour un séjour en famille avec de grands enfants amoureux des montagnes, des grands espaces et du trail.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, calme, la déco est super sympa et il est très très bien équipé il ne manque rien.
Le parking privé de la résidence est appréciable.
Nina et Florent sont dispo pour répondre aux questions.

Nice apartment in a beautiful location
This compact apartment has been partially renovated and has new comfortable beds and linens, a new bathroom, and a small kitchen. Our family of 5 stayed one night while we were visiting the Mont Blanc area from California. There are 3 balconies with views of mountains, the river, and close neighbors. We would like to stay here again if we ever come back to this part of the world.
