a living room with lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen, a ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds, and a mezzanine bedroom of 12 m² with double bed, a bathroom (Italian shower), basin and WC ,
a veranda with dining area and lounge.
Exterior: terrace with garden furniture, patio with deckchair, outdoor kitchen (hob and plancha), all enclosed by a wall.
Home comfort: television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave.
Bath towels and sheet provided.

Une magnifique location

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans ce logement avec nos 2 enfants de 9 mois et 4 ans. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, la location agréable et très bien aménagée avec tout le nécessaire. L'extérieur est très sympa avec plusieurs espaces différents et le patio est un vrai plus. La mer est tellement proche qu'on entend les vagues de la maison. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Nous avons été très bien accueillie par les propriétaires qui on été de très bon conseils pour notre séjours. La villa est superbe avec tout les équipement nécessaire. Presque pas besoin de prendre la voiture tout est à coté. Je recommande pour toute personnes cherchant des vacances calmes et remercie encore les propriétaires pour ce bon séjours

Mit der Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) verbrachten wir eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung in Capbreton. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten lädt zum entspannen ein - mit Schattenplatz unterm Oleander. Die Lage ist top. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, die Verkehrslage günstig. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Très bonne expérience

Bien placé, à deux pas de la plage et 5 minutes en velo du centre, au calme. Huguette et son mari sont très sympatiques, et la maison est à leur image: irréprochable et accueillante. Ils ont équipé leur maison pour y passer du temps, si bien qu'il ne manque rien, que tout est bien pensé et qu'en conséquence on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Rien à voir avec les logements pour touristes comme simples placements financiers de certains propriétaires. Huguette et son mari ont beaucoup participé au succès de nos vacances.

Un séjour parfait!!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine chez Huguette et Francis et nous reviendrons dès que possible! Tout était parfait. La maison est idéale pour une famille avec 2 enfants avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et en très bon état. La plage surveillée avec douches est à 5 minutes à pied (pas besoin de voiture), le centre ville et le marché au pêcheur à 5 minutes à vélo. Huguette et Francis ont était très accueillants et arrangeants. Nous conseillons fortement et reviendrons!

Sehr schönes sauberes Haus in guter Lage
