Attractive 4-bed studio located in Saint-Mandrier sur Mer in the Pin Rolland district. Close to shops and the beach, ideal for walking.
In a small residence, 29 m² studio apartment with 7 m² balcony, on the 2nd floor with lift. Lovely, unobstructed views, pleasant, bright flat, ideal for holidays on foot.

Entrance hall with sleeping area.
Living room with kitchen area opening onto balcony.
Separate shower room and WC.
Free parking around the residence.

-2 x 90 cm bunk beds (sleeping area)

Magnifiques vacances

Appartement très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Au calme dans une résidence entourée d'arbre et du chant des cigales. On peut tout faire à pieds, plage, boulangerie, vival, marché, restaurant, sentier du littoral... Très facile pour se garer autour, places de parking ombragées. Voisinage sympathique et jovial.
