On the peninsula of Saint Tropez 800 meters from the beach of Héraclée (10 'walk and through woods and vineyards) and 1,000 meters from that of Gigaro. Direct access on the road to Ramatuelle and the road to Pampelonne (St Tropez in 20 'by car even in summer ...) 4 km from the village of Croix Valmer.
Villa located in a private estate of 15 ha, surrounded by greenery and vineyards, with restricted access (barrier and access code). ideal capacity: 08 people.
Quality services for this very bright villa (130 m2) with a roof terrace (120 m2) and a terrace around the pool in teak (60 m2).
Magnificent Mediterranean garden (Eucalyptus, pines, olive tree, fig tree, palm tree and cactus)
Built on a terraced plot of 1850 m2 fully fenced (parking for 2 or 3 cars). South-west view released without opposite. Built-in and authorized barbecue.
Infinity pool (4 x 8 m - depth: 1.40 m) unheated with shower and electric shutters immersed. Large terrace around teak (60 m2). 8 sunbaths.
Garden furniture but also table and 10 chairs on shaded terrace. Four bikes, table tennis, bowling, are available.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms including a studio that can accommodate 4 beds (double bed in mezzanine and sofa bed 2 places in the DRC) private bathroom
Two bedrooms (one in the DRC) with a double bed 140 and a bedroom with two single beds 90, bathroom with bath and toilet, upstairs; bathroom with shower in the DRC and outdoor access. 2nd independent toilet. Dressing room upstairs
Living room with wood burning stove and flat screen TV - reception of TNT satellite. No internet access
Spacious and equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, induction table, Dish washer) overlooking the room and the terrace.
The annex studio has a bathroom (created in 2019 - Italian shower) and has a direct independent access to the garden and pool.
