In the heart of the Domaine de la Coudoulière; a magnificent park with its ponds, its tennis courts, its pétanque areas, its sports course and its shaded paths so pleasant. The domain of Coudoulière keeps a very human size far from the big complexes, you will also find within 150 meters by a pedestrian path, a bakery, a small supermarket, a tobacconist, some bars and very pleasant restaurants to end your day. The port of Coudoulière will also allow you to rent bikes, canoes and book ski jets.
There is also a large swimming pool (50 meters) exclusively reserved for the domain with entrance fee
the very clean 30 m2 T2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a condominium of 20 apartments in perfect condition and includes:

- a bathroom
- a living room (with a sofa bed) with fitted kitchen (microwave, mini oven, fridge, hob)
