Pictured NOT our studio apartment. Westgate is a 2200 room resort open to the public. Room was clean. LOCATION WAS 2nd floor over A/C systems. Appeared to be freshly painted. Walls are paper thin. UNIT NEXT TO US HAD SCREAMING CHILDREN. Went to the pool outside our balcony and told we had to pay to use the pool.

For the most part everything was good.The couple things I did not like was.No ice machine and front desk did not know it.Pool lights shine into room at night.Waitress or lack of waitress at Drafts bar.Texting with staff was excellent and they were on top of everything.

The room looked much better in person. Likes the toilet being seperate, the spa tub and spacious shower. Everything so neat. IKEA at the desk very respectful and helpfulFor all our needs. The grounds were amazing the cello was and variety of flora. I enjoyed many walks along the trail and out to the gazebo. So many birds! Suggest way to make the doors quieter for the audios the vacuum sounds. Also suggest mirror and a small broom for cleaning up. Wonderful stay. Food at the restaurant and pizza place recommended.
