Place was as expected, if asked get a lower level room for the convenience. Restaurants on site were ok, pizza was decent, and if you get a do the on-site duck pin bowling. Its a blast. 25 for the water park, is pricey for what it is, especially entering after 4 in the afternoon.

Vrbo and host were good. Once we got a new room IT was clean and overall good. Given a bad initial room due to the neighboring guest honestly and his choice of smoking. Wifi is poor here. And parking can be tricky. All else was good. Price was great.

This is an absolute beautiful resort! We stayed for a 3 day weekend for my daughter’s cheer competition and I didn’t want to leave. Our room overlooked the water park. We ate at the Draft restaurant 2 nights in a row and had their garlic Parmesan wings & they were tasty. There is a bowling alley and arcade there that I wish we would have gotten a chance to do but our all day competition just made us to tired. They also had fire pits outside that next time we stay I want to enjoy. We did enjoy some ice cream from the ice cream/ pizza parlor. I will say when I booked I wasn’t sure because the pictures on here didn’t do the rooms justice. I was pleasantly surprised! I can’t wait to go back! It will be my go to every year for competitions in Orlando.
