Chris's house near the sea!

Chris, teacher, you rent his main house of 105 m2, whole, family, quiet, comfortable. The musicians will be able to train on a tuned piano and a small guitar. It has a small garden and a large terrace on which it is good to eat or rest in the hammocks.
My house is located 10 minutes from the sea by car, 5 minutes from a Biocoop, 5 minutes from the center of Perpignan, 45 minutes from the Pyrenees, 35 minutes from Spain.

Housing

I put 4 bikes
(for 2 adults and 2 children about 10 years), two scooters, rollers, books for adults and children, CDs and DVDs, toys and board games available!
You can enjoy tomatoes in the garden, but in exchange I will ask you to water a little at night (do not worry, there are just 4 or 5 plants!).

Other remarks

I do not provide bath towels. Do not forget to bring in your luggage !! There is no cleaning fee because it is you who do it, so do not forget to do the cleaning on leaving to leave the place clean, and to report if an object has been broken or damaged .
