La maison est conforme à la description. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires avant notre venue. Bon accueil et disponibilité de la personne qui nous a reçus.La décoration y est très harmonieuse, il ne manque rien et les indications écrites sont très utiles. La terrasse extérieure est tout à fait pratique, d'autant plus qu'il a fait très beau. La proximité de la plage et de la forêt avec les enfants sont un réel atout.

tolle lage

wir waren mit zwei kleinen hunden und zwei erwachsenen in dem ferienhaus. wir haben noch nie ein so komplett ausgestattetes ferienhaus erlebt (haushaltsgegenstände). sehr geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet. Küche sehr beengt, extra wc (na ja). wir hätten gerne an den wenigen regentagen deutsches TV geschaut, haben aber wegen der sprachbarriere keine erklärung bekommen, wie wir das schaffen. Lage des Hauses ist einmalig weniger als 10 minuten zum strand. eingrenzung des hauses nur für hund geeignet, der kein interesse hat über die niedrige mauer zu springen.

Komfortables Haus mit schöner Terrasse in sehr guter Lage

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einem kurzen Fußweg durch einen Wald zu einem großen Strand mit feinem Sand und schönen Wellen. Der Strand ist sehr flach abfallend, so dass er auch für kleinere Kindern sehr schön ist. Die Terrasse hat eine Aussendusche, die nach dem Strand gut zu nutzen ist, um den feinen Sand nicht im Haus zu verteilen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Küchenausstattung. Die eher kleine Küche wird durch eine tolle Terrasse kompensiert, mit großem Tisch und einem verschattetenden Sonnensegel. Es gibt draußen eine lange Küchenzeile mit Spüle. Mit einer mobilen Kochplatte hätte man komplett draußen kochen können. Nur die Anzeige hätte ich mir transparenter gewünscht: Sie sprach von drei Schlafzimmern, aber nicht davon, dass das Kinderzimmer mit dem Stockbett ein Durchgangszimmer zum dritten Schlafzimmer ist. Das Kinderzimmer war ohne Fenster (nur mit Holztür nach draußen) und im Wandschrank befindet sich der laute Warmwasserboiler für alle Wasseranschlüsse. Das dritte Schlafzimmer haben wir nur für 5 Tage nutzen müssen, da wir 16 Tage lang nur zu dritt waren. Mit dauerhaft mehr Personen wäre es nicht komfortabel gewesen. Das Haus ist sonst schön eingerichtet. Betten und Matratzen waren komfortabel. Einchecken und Auschecken waren freundlich, pünktlich und schnell. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Agentur war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Vacances au top

Partis en famille (parents + 4 enfants + 1 chien) passés 15 jours en Vendée, la maison est belle, très agréable, très pratique à vivre et très bien située, ce fut des vacances au calme, dans une ambiance familiale, avec une grande plage à proximité, et surtout très reposantes, et avec des activités à la carte pour tous dans le secteur. A refaire d'urgence !

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Mme Toty qui est décorée avec très bon goût. Chaque pièce est splendidement décoré sur le thème de la mer avec beaucoup de modernité , tout est bien organisé et rangé. On peut cuisiner de tout car la cuisine est bien équipée . Terrassé et jardin ensoleillé au calme et agréable le tout à 500 m de la plage. En plus nous avons pu venir avec nos chiens enfin une propriétaire qui accepte leur venu ! Et dernier point la dame qui nous accueille est gentille et accueillante. Cela fait 14 ans que nous venons dans la région et cette location sera à présent notre numéro un, hâte de revenir en famille .

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette maison très agréable et joliment décorée, dans un quartier résidentiel au calme. Proche de la plage et de la forêt pour de belles balades. Literies et terrasse très appréciables. Une belle situation géographique pour découvrir la vendée ( pour les îles,les plages, les balades à vélo ou à cheval...). Location, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille et/ ou entre amis. Le soleil était au rendez-vous. (Petite amélioration, cela ne concerne que notre avis, nous aurions appréciez, un petit jeu d'extérieur (type toboggan, maison ou balançoire car nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants en bas âges). Merci à vous Mr et Mme Toty ainsi qu'à la dame chargé du ménage,pour sa disponibilité, sympathie lors de l'arrivée et départ.
