Your perfect home for a warm family getaway, quick vacation or seasonal rental in beautiful Vero Beach!

Unique and updated deep waterfront home with intracoastal access just minutes from Ft. Pierce Inlet. Full dock and lift for your boat (with advanced notice), fish cleaning station, heated pool, tiki bar, full outdoor kitchen. Everything you need for the perfect sunny Florida vacation.

The home itself is well updated with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The amazing kitchen is a perfect place to entertain. Three bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed in the kid's room.

The house is fully stocked and set for the kids. As we have a young daughter, you'll find kids' toys aplenty but especially for little girls. Pool toys and games, a great swing on the oak tree out front and plenty of inside toys for your little ones to enjoy.

Two kayaks are available for use throughout your stay. We have great fishing from the dock but even better if you take the kayaks on a short trip out to the bay. Plenty of snook, redfish, trout, and more are available year-round. I'm happy to give you any tips on catching dinner during your stay.

Dogs and cats are welcome! We are extremely pet-friendly with the yard fully fenced in as well as tile throughout the home. PLEASE NOTE the fence along the sea wall has been removed.

Bring the boat, the dogs, and the kids, and get ready for a great getaway in Vero Beach!

No boat? We can arrange a charter fishing trip for you that picks you up at the dock at the house!

Beautiful, Well Kept Home with Plenty to Do!

My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful 3 week stay here. Communication was fantastic from the moment we booked our stay until the day we left. They checked in with us the day of arrival m, and even again when an impending tropical storm was in the area to make sure we didn’t have any questions. My children enjoyed the pool every single day and we brought our paddle boards and also paddled the canal and river. They also have kayaks for your use which we appreciated having access to. We loved watching the fish, and manatees even came to visit twice. We drove down to FL with our bikes and felt very safe biking the neighborhood with our children most nights. We also drove to the beach nearly every day and found it very easy to drive to, but very hard to choose which beach to see each day! In the end, our favorite was the Ft Pierce Inlet state park…we think!

Great location and beautiful home

We loved staying in this home for the week. When we arrived the property was clean and looked even better than the pictures. Everything was just as stated on the description. The pool was wonderful and the dock was a great place to fish off of. Property manger was very responsive every time we had a question. I would highly recommend this property if your looking for a great place to stay with a pool and dock.

Oasis in Vero

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is Updated with modern amenities. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and well stocked. the living room and pool are easily in view from the kitchen. The pool area is spectacular! The pool is well maintained with an umbrella, pool floats are accessible, and adjacent to a great tiki bar that houses a bbq grill with running water sink. We spent most of our time relaxing poolside- the chairs sitting in the shallow end of the pool are my favorite sitting spot! i suggest sitting by the canal with a coffee to watch the sunrise- absolutely breathtaking! The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and residential. The beach is a short car ride. There are great food options nearby. Brett, the host, was incredibly helpful before and during our trip. He was always quick to give advice, respond to queries, and provide information. During our stay a large storm was forecast and Brett kept in touch watching the storm’s path to ensure we were safe. The host’s consistent interaction and assistance was critical to providing our family with the best experience. Brett is truly a fantastic host. This was a wonderful family vacation!

Lovely home. Well equipped for cooking great meals and room for family to spread out. Comfortable beds, fantastic pool, fishing opportunities from the dock and canals leading to river. 10-15 min to Vero beach park. Great stay!

Amazing canal home

We have had the best experiences with this home rental. The home was spotless when we arrived. Everything was as described. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for four people. The pool was amazing and the dock was a nice spot for my family to fish off of. Beds were very soft. Just all around comfortable home that you won't want to leave. Thank you family for sharing your home with us. It was a blessing and very relaxing.

Great vacation house

This rental property is awesome in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean with the kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. There are plenty of linens and pool towels. By far the best feature is the backyard. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the tiki bar is so cool! The only thing I would suggest is having a couple of lounge chairs in addition to the Adirondack chairs by the pool. We appreciated and took advantage of the suggestions on places to go provided by Brett. If we go back to Vero Beach we would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful Vero escape

Clean and well appointed home with everything you would need. Host was very responsive to questions and quirks with the home that we were not familiar with during our month long stay. Quiet neighborhood close to supermarket and a short drive to the beach. We would definitely return.

Vero Beach Mini Vaca

Had a awesome stay in Vero Beach. Property was just the ticket as for the pool, location and dock for our boat. Would rebook in a heart beat :)
