This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers one of the best ski-in/ski-out locations in all of Snowmass! When you step outside your door, you'll find Base Village shops, restaurants and activities, along with direct access to the Capitol Peak Lodge amenities.
The unique floor plan features eleven-foot ceilings with an open kitchen, dining and living room area. As a ground floor corner unit, there are large windows on two sides and a beautiful walk-out patio.
The unit includes ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will be sure to enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dinning out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know ahead pf time and we are happy to try and accommodate! Additional parking spots are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''.

Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.
