Beautiful property in a fantastic location! We could walk everywhere. Tyler was a great manager, from greeting us when we got there to being an available when there was need. We will definitely be returning to A Better Life properties the next time we go to Snowmass!

Perfect location and clean!

We had a great stay here in Snowmass. Gondola is steps out the door, the hot tub is super convenient and the room was nice and clean though it is a bit small. We would stay again and will hopefully be back soon!

Great property across from street to gondola and express chair with access to whole mountain. Is right in center of Snowmass village. Comfortable one bedroom with plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again. Also close access to busses to other Aspen properties

Great unit!

Small but mighty! It is as described and perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was comfortable, and the in unit washer dryer are great. The unit is at the base near the Treehouse, gondola and ski drop off/ pickup. Would be happy to stay again.

Capitol Peak Studio

Property was exactly as advertised and had a couple of pleasant surprises as well! We used the robes provided to go to/from the hot tub and really appreciated those. Communication and directions from the host were outstanding - very detailed and very responsive to any questions we had. Location is unbeatable - less than two minute walk to Four Mountain Sports rentals and to Elk Camp Gondola for easy ride to adult ski lessons. Also conveniently located (within 5 minute walk) to children's ski lesson meeting area, Village Express lift and Mall Sky Cab "skittles". Would definitely stay here again on a return trip!

Great condo!

We were booked in another condo for most of our stay but got delayed due to weather. The management team was very responsive and accommodating and put us in this condo for two nights. It’s in the heart of snowman, village and steps from the gondola, ski school, and restaurants. Has everything you need and great that it has in unit laundry. Only complaint is that it had a mini fridge but in all fairness, there isn’t a place for a full-size fridge. That’s just something we prefer in a vacation rental. Great place and beautiful view! We would definitely recommend it for a couple or a small family.

Perfect mountain stay

The unit was just as described/pictured. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, which means a lot to us. The unit and entire property were well taken care of! We were greeted upon arrival and shown around, shown where to park, given some recommendations around the area. It was very helpful! There is so much to do! Snowmass and the surrounding areas were beautiful!

Rocky Mountain High!

We left this wonderful gem of a condo on a total high! From pre-arrival to departure the communications and experience was 5 star! We were able to store our luggage when we arrived early before check-in and again before our flight on day of departure which was a great convenience. You can’t beat the location literally next to the gondola and base of Fanny Hill as well as the main underground bus station, and the unit has everything you need for a nice comfortable stay for two. Closet space is limited and the bed is tucked away in a little cubby area so some maneuvering around suitcases or the like may be required. But you’re probably not spending your whole time in the room with all that the area has to offer, so well worth the compromise on space and great to have all the other amenities this fabulous condo has to offer inside and out!

Great Location!

Condo was in a great location right across from Four Mountain Sports where we rented our skis and a few steps to slopes. Check-in was frustrating as we were put in the wrong room and half an hour later were asked to leave after we’d put all our stuff away. Plus when we left room the correct guests were standing in the hallway very mad and glaring at us. Not our fault! Was quite awkward. Felt we should have received a discount for that inconvenience. Management did not handle very well. Also had a Keurig coffee maker but coffee supplies were not all provided (ie no sugar). Finally the cleaning fluid used smelled terrible. We finally took the mop in the closet and put it in the trash room down the hall and that helped. Cleaning fluid smell was overpowering. Gave a 4 star for those reasons but overall wonderful location and we definitely enjoyed ourselves!

Pleasant Surprise!

I had chosen this location over one up the slope because I thought my kids would enjoy the Base Village area better. I was worried about the space since the unit was smaller than the other one. We made the right choice. The location is amazing. You step outside and everything in steps away. I would characterize it for those that have been to Disney World Florida, as the same as staying at one of the Disney Resorts. You feel as if you never really leave the park. The unit is on the smaller side; however, the location and the amazing view from the balcony on the top floor is beautiful! The unit was comfortable and the fire place was a nice touch. The kitchen again was small but was equipped with everything we needed. Communication was above and beyond what was expected. From the start, we received texts letting us know step by step how best to navigate to location. Before we arrived, I asked if there was laundry detergent since we were on our second half of our trip and needed to wash. They responded immediately that the unit will have detergent when we arrive. This was a big time saver for us. Once we arrived, Bella and Heidi were waiting for us in the parking lot. They walked us up and made us feel at home, explaining where everything was as well as giving us a rundown of everything in the village. Bella was available and answered my text at all times of the day. THANK YOU Bella and Heidi!!! Check out was easy! We are looking forward to next time!

Very very clean and well furnished. Steps away from restaurants, shops, astounding views and so much fun! Coffee on the balcony can’t be beat- watch the hikers traverse the rim trail!

This property is attractive, compact, organized, quiet and well appointed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony provides a quiet perch to enjoy the SPECTACULAR Mountain Views, and the happenings in the Snowmass Village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place with excellent location. Was really small for the 3 of our family. Washer was broken and we’d been traveling for several days looking forward to being able to do laundry. Was offered to have housekeeping do laundry, but we were out sightseeing. Very disappointing. I’d suggest a drop box for the parking pass outside of the parking garage. Inconvenient to have to get car out of parking garage and then go back up to room to turn in door keys and parking pass. Great location and super clean!

Love this place!

We really enjoyed our week in Snowmass Village. This condo was beautiful, location was perfect and was thoughtfully stocked with nice bed and bath linens, high quality paper products (which is few and far between in rentals these days) nice shampoo conditioner and body wash for guest and great coffee! We will try to stay here again next time we are in town.

Great stay at Capitol Peak / Snowmass

Loved the property - exactly as described and pictured. A little small but we knew that when booking and the price and value were spot on. A great size for our family of 4 (3 yr old and 6 yr old children). Kitchenette to make breakfast was great. The location of this condo and unit is the greatest quality. A 30 second walk to the main gondolas and ticket office, another 1 minute to kids ski school area and 2-3 major lifts are right there. Elevator to parking is also very convenient, as are the ski gear lockers. Hot tubs and gym also in the bottom floor of this unit - very easy access. We were very pleased w/ this condo unit and the complex and will certainly rebook in the future.
