IDEAL VILLA FOR FAMILY STAY OR BETWEEN FRIENDS,
200 m2 living space at 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Located on the heights of the Testa, this large and very nice house, with 5 bedrooms, is fully air conditioned.
The covered terrace allows to appreciate the sea view but also the needles of Bavella.

All shops and restaurants in Saint Lucia or Pinarello are reachable by car in 5 minutes.

New: The pool has been heated since March 2018.

Esperienza Meravigliosa

Siamo appena rientrati da una vacanza in questa splendida villa e confermo che la struttura è stata superiore alle aspettative. Molto gusto nell'arredamento. Le foto non rendono appieno la bellezza del luogo. Ampi spazi, un dehor bellissimo da vivere in tanti, la piscina molto godibile e una vista super sul mare. A due passi si trova la Plage Des Américains selvaggia e stupenda con un chiosco sulla spiaggia molto carino dove fare un aperitivo. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto reattiva e gentile in generale, ma anche a risolvere un problema specifico con uno split dell'aria condizionata che ci è stato prontamente cambiato. Ottima anche la dotazione degli accessori in cucina. Molto vicino alla villa si trova anche un bel campo da tennis che farà la gioia degli appassionati. Speriamo un giorno di poter tornare, veramente un luogo magico che consiglierei a tutti.

Super séjour dans cette toute nouvelle location! Equipements au top, environnement calme et grandiose, accueil très chaleureux, hôtes à l'écoute, piscine très agréable... Nous étions 4 couples, 3 chambres au rez de chaussée et 2 en bas. Bref une semaine de vacances réussie! Anaëlle
