Moliets plage, wooden architect house, in the heart of the forest, offering a unique 360°view of the surroundings. To enjoy the peace, the beach, golfing or surfing, cycling... It is THE ideal home for a beautiful holiday.
Ground floor: 2 covered parking spaces. 1st floor: kitchen/ living room (microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator). MASTER BEDROOM 1: double bed, TV, shower, washbasin, WC. MASTER BEDROOM 2: queen size bed, shower, washbasin, WC. BEDROOM 3: queen size bed. BEDROOM 4: 2 single bunk beds. Separate WC. Bathroom (bath, basin). TERRACES East and West: tables, benches, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue. 2ND FLOOR: large living room: equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), bar + 6 stools, 8 seater bench, TV, table for 8. Capacity: 8 people - Sheets and towels provided. A contribution to charges of 70 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 200€). Cancellation insurance offered with a supplement of € 1 included in the booking fees. Insurance guarantees available on request.
