This city is both relaxing and exciting with a vibrant downtown arts district and beautiful beaches.

The Parkside neighboorhood is vibrant. Only a 10 min walk from the property is where you'll find local favorite gastropub, the Tipsy Boar. You can also discover native art and entertainment at the Arts Park at Young Circle, a 12 min walk. This park hosts live music in their outdoor amphitheater. It is also home to some of the only Baobab trees, native to Africa, found in the US. Also, a local favorite is the Yellow Green farmers market, an outdoor space dedicated to more than 300 booths of produce, prepared food, and local crafts. There is also Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk, where you can rent bikes, rollerblades, or just enjoy a nice stroll. Slightly north of this is the Anne Kolb Nature Center, home to natural mangrove forests and Florida manatees!

The space

This upstairs modern dwelling is tucked into a tropical yard filled with signature Florida palm trees and lush vegetation. When you arrive, you'll find yourself at the front patio which features comfortable seating and a shaded outdoor dining table. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather during the day and night.

On your way up the front walkay, you'll head to the left of the building up a small flight of stairs to the front door. Upon entering this light & bright apartment you'll find a sizable kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, with plenty of counter space and views into the garden. Down the hall is a small, bright open living space that connects to the dining area. The living room is equipped with a futon that folds into a twin-sized bed for additional sleeping accommodations. With a flat screen smart TV, you will have access to infinite entertainment options.

Just off the living room, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a corner reading chair, ample storage, fresh linens, and complimentary toiletries for your stay. The ensuite bathroom is updated with charming fixtures and artistic elements. The apartment is outfitted with gorgeous tile flooring throughout and hardwood flooring in the bedroom, ceiling fans and mini split (heating & air conditioning) system in living room, for maximum cooling and comfort.

Other things to note

Guests will have full access to the unit along with 1 reserved parking space and many free street parking, There is a laundry room on site available for guest use (no coins needed). This unit is upstairs and is shared with the downstairs vacation rental unit. Please note that the front yard and laundry room is a shared space.
