Newly remodeled 3/3 "Oasis" in Seascape

The summer "Oasis" you were looking for !!!! Brand new to rental market. This newly remodeled (Spring 2023), 3 bedroom/ 3 bath villa is in the coveted Boardwalk area of Seascape Resort, the location with an almost1600 sf floor plan for space, with the best lake and gulf views. and with the new solid surface LVP floors throughout. From the moment you step inside you will feel relaxed and at home!

This condo features a king suite on the first floor and a huge King Master Bedroom suite on the second floor. A third bedroom on the upper level offers both a queen and full bed, with plenty of room. All three bedrooms feature their own private bath. This townhouse can sleep up to eight guests in beds (no sleeper sofa), and there is plenty of space for everyone. Added luxuries include a private balcony off the master suite in addition to a large screened-in deck off the living area, both overlooking Lake Stewart and with gulf views. All bedrooms feature HDTV's and premium linens.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all the conveniences of home. Everything you need from cutlery to keurig is there for your use. There is dining space to accommodate all guests. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

The resort features five pools that you can use, one of the heated pools being just 25 steps from your door. An 18-hole championship golf course, one of NW Florida's premium tennis facilities, six new pickleball courts, and many restaurants and activities are all located on the 300 acre resort property. Fish in our freshwater lakes and land four and five pound bass (catch and release). Bike throughout the resort or along the beachfront.

Make sure you visit the Silver Sands Factory Center for world class outlet shopping, or the shops at Destin Commons for exclusive boutiques and restaurants.

This is a non-smoking unit and is NOT pet-friendly. We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25, or to vacationing students. During the summer season (June 1 to mid-August) the condo rents on a weekly basis only, Saturday to Saturday.

Perfect family vacation!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was spacious and clean. Located right in the middle of everything. Right next to the pool, near the beach, boardwalk, Cabana Cafe. My family and I were very pleased!

Pros-condo very large, well equipped, great location, plenty of eateries, quiet,clean. You can drive to the public parking or walk across the bridge and it’s a 7 minute walk exactly to the beach. Only couple things I’d suggest-only for convenience-rent an umbrella set-early. You can get a front row that way, if you bring your own set up you have to be behind 3 rows of umbrella set ups.... If you can swing the price of a golf cart for a week-do that. You can cart right over to the beach and multiple restaurants. go to dinner early if you can. The time we were there must’ve been peak time bc school starts back so early. We went a couple times at 530 and we got right in! With yiir beach umbrella rental you have a little flag that you can raise for beach service-wonderful and fabulous! Small tiny , non-disclosed info they charge 25%of bill to deliver down to you. Utilize young kids to go and grab:) If I had to have one con that doesn’t affect the vacation AT ALL-the condo could use some updating for sure. I will def come back for a trip w my girls in the near future.

Villa on the Boardwalk at Seascape

Location. Location. Location. Front door parking. Everything you need in a two story town house. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space and a bathroom for each bedroom. A very easy walk across the lake boardwalk to the beach. Bring/buy a folding wagon to make the trip that much easier. We brought an umbrella and bought chairs at a local store and setup a spot on the beach each morning. Much cheaper than renting through the local vendor. Pool is conveniently located just north of the condo. We will be back.

Seascape is the best!

We have been talking our family to vacation in Destin for the past 13 years. We love staying at Seascape properties. We have stayed at all of the various properties and this year we chose the Boardwalk. It is convenient to load and unload and is a great area. We missed the beautiful high rise view, but the lake and the distant view of the ocean was great. Plenty of room for our family (kids are grown now ) so we had grandkids too. Perfect with TV’s in every room and 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay !

Great Stay

The space is very comfortable and close to anything you could need. Could be a bit better stocked for guests. There were no extra trash bags, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, but the oven randomly turns itself off. The AC vents give off a bit of a rotten smell but it's not noticeable after a while. Overall, I would recommend.
