Complete interior remodel in a single story charming Cottage with fenced yard. Surrounded by a mature treed acre located at I680 N and Highway 133 in Northwest Omaha. 2 Bed 1 Bath with a Walk in shower. Song birds abound. Parking for many. On a direct route to Eppeley Airfield, Downtown Omaha, Henry Doorley Zoo or College World Series Stadium. Sleeps 5. Walk 1 block to Grocery Store, fuel, and amenities. Pet allowed with deposit. No Smoking. Extended Stay Rates Available upon request. Please pay through the VRBO service, to protect your self and Lily's cozy Cottage.

This was our second visit in less than six months. The property is well located to our family & friends and has a great yard for pups and grandkids. The kitchen had all we needed as well as every other room in the house. The host is personable and responsive to our needs. Thank you, Shayne for accomodating us.

Host was kind and accommodating. Loved the charming little cottage but there was a couple of safety concerns. The shower floor is extremely slick with no mat or protection and my 67-year old, disabled brother fell twice. Also, there was no step to the backyard from the slider doors, which made the step down over a foot. We remedied this by asking a friend to make a wood step. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend the cottage or stay again.

Great location and space, however it needed a good cleaning before our arrival. The cookware needs an upgrade and the bbq needs replaced. Overall it is a comfortable space in a great location. We would stay again.

This is the third time we have stayed here and it was as good as always. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood and great location to get around Omaha. It’s great for our dog cause it has a fenced in area and plenty of other yard to walk her. The house is simply a cute little ranch that’s all you need. Plenty of parking and space for family to come and hang out.

Perfect for our stay

Worked very well for our stay! Great location near a Walmart and Hy-Vee! Only thing I didn’t love was there was white animal hair all over the rugs and on the couch. However, other than that it was very clean and we enjoyed it!

I own two dogs, who travel with me everywhere, and we also stay in VRBO's.

Why they chose this property

It is next door to my home. The original owners, a couple, Tom and Lillie, who lived there raised 5 children. They originally owned the 15 acres to the East of the property. They sold one parcel to put in a well, where before they had carried water in.
Tom groomed dogs and Lillie tailored garments, as well operated their cleaning company which cleaned the apartments just Southwest of the property when tenants moved out.
Tom had passed, and Lillie was preparing to remarry at age 86, so she decided she would sell the property to me.

What makes this property unique

Lily's is quiet, and secure. It is off the beaten path, yet the best amenities in Omaha are within a 15 minute drive. Having a Walmart close by, as well as a gas station saves a lot of time when you are travelling. The fenced yard allows visitors with children a great location, and those of us who travel with furry friends an opportunity to bring them along with no hassles.
