Contemporary and very bright villa five minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence.

It is located on the way to the famous paintings by Paul Cézanne and 20 minutes from Sainte-Victoire.
This villa of approximately 130m² is south facing and consists of three bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor and a utility room in the basement.
