True shore home featuring 2-stories, a spacious open living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, two beautifully tiled new full bathrooms. An amazing back yard with hot tub and patio that's perfect for BBQ'ing and entertaining throughout the summer after a long day jumping in the waves at the beach! Hurry don't wait! This one is going to go quickly! May consider splitting the season and may consider renting for a longer season starting Memorial Day weekend for an additional amount. Will consider a small dog less than 20 lbs.
