About this property

8 persons villa with swimming pool and breathtaking views

Located on a hill with views that will leave you breathless, you will find near the cozy town of Loulé this luxury villa with large pool. This villa was built for the hedonist and for those who spend their holidays in peace and luxury needs.

The villa is built in a U-shape with the large central swimming pool, 5 to 11 meters. The sun terrace is equipped with manually adjustable shade cloths so you can determine the degree of sun. On the right side of the house is a terrace, with enough room to barbecue delicious. There is also a large gazebo present to also be able to stay and enjoy in the hottest hours of the day. A petanque course is not missing (boules).

The owner has the property clear with great sense of taste and style. The generous dimensions of each room features this home. The living room and luxury kitchen with all appliances, located in the middle of the house. In the left wing are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and in the right wing two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a practical workspace site where you will find the washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms have comfortable double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space. A television with Dutch channels (satellite) and of course you can make free use of the WiFi connection. For the winter, the house has a gas fireplace, wood stove, heating and air conditioning.

The villa is located about 3 kilometers north of Loulé, a centuries-old Portuguese town, which is especially known by the weekly Saturday market. Loulé find all amenities including shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities and a wide choice of good restaurants, cafes and pastelaria's.

15 minute car journey away are the famous beaches of the Algarve. Both the luxurious beaches of Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura with beach clubs where the cocktails flow freely and the lobster is served fresh, as the sober beaches where you can find where the locals often find yourself still calm and space.

This place was amazing. We can't wait to come back.Don was very helpful and even came to welcome us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite and really interesting to meet.The house was very clean and really well equipped. It had everything you need and more. The pool was lovely, petanque pitch was also a favourite. It was a tournament quality playing surface if anything! I really enjoyed the garden, the space and the peacefulness of it all. We came with three young children and it worked really well for us. It has been one of the best houses we have ever stayed at. My only advice is that the pool is deep (2.2m) for its whole length so if you have young children be sure to bring plenty of buoyancy aids and floats to make using the pool a bit safer. There were some bits at the house and we got some extra pool noodles in the nearby town which was ten minutes away by car. Overall we had a great trip, thank you for hosting us!

Belle résidence dans les hauteurs de Loulé

En dehors de la ville. On profite du cadre qui domine la ville. De superbes coucher de soleil à 5’ à pied dans un vieux moulin. La piscine est un régal et le terrain de boules en soirée avant l’apéritif un plus. Tout fût au top. Je recommande pour 4 couples d’amis qui veulent se détendre et profiter.

Super!

Prachtig huis, smaakvol ingericht en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Genoeg leuke dingen te doen in de nabije omgeving. Zeer behulpzame beheerders, en het welkomstpakket was heel attent. Wij zijn blij dat we voor 2016 weer hebben gereserveerd!

Luxueus en smaakvol

Ideaal oord op prima lokatie:volop privacy met zicht op zee. Zeer luxueus en met veel smaak ingericht. Aan de inrichting ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Ik vierde er mijn 60ste verjaardag met mij gezin: de lokatie was daar perfect voor !

Fantastische ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien

Een hartelijk welkom door zoon van de eigenaresse. De villa is bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, comfortabel en met zorg ingericht. Heerlijke bedden. Fijn zwembad en altijd wel een plekje om in de zon te zitten. Fabuleus uitzicht! De afstand naar een van de vele stranden en het gezellige centrum van Loule is prima te doen. Heerlijk "thuiskomen" na een dag van de mooie omgeving te hebben genoten. Birdland is een aanrader, wij gaan zeker een keer terug!

Fantastisch huis, zeer smaakvol ingericht, betoverend zwembad met een uniek uitzicht. Het huis biedt veel privacy met meerdere terrassen. In de buurt genoeg vermaak en vertier.
