1 kitchen area RENOVEE equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances including filter coffee maker and Senseo -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet and TV -
1 bathroom with bath, sink -
separate WC -
WIFI. Electric heating. Private parking space. Bicycle storage in the residence.
TV and TV in the room. Washing machine. Terrace furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption package of 30€ per week from October to May, animal supplement (only 1 small dog accepted, less 7kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent at fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
