1 RENOVATED kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet and TV -
1 bathroom with bathtub, sink -
Separate WC -
WIFI. Heating package of 30 € / week from October to May. Electric heating. Private parking place. Bicycle storage in the residence.
TV and TV in the room. Washing machine. Terrace furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog accepted, less 7kg), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
