This is a two bedroom, two bath townhouse design (two levels), ground floor (no view) at the Chivas four plex, this is on the East side ground floor. This unit is fully equipped, with washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided. This unit has direct access, to a private beach exclusively for the Chivas property, the photos, of the dune walkover, and walkway depict access to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual family vacation at the beach. We stayed at Ocean Air 30A. We had all five units of this splendid facility. Twenty five attended ranging from 84 to four months in age. This was our 22nd year staying at this beautiful place. We think this is the perfect place to vacations. The owners, management and location are absolutely top notch!

Amazing location and super nice owners!

The owners were there during our stay and they were incredibly nice! They allowed us to upgrade to a condo with water views. The location was quiet and we had a private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all. We had kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and umbrellas set up daily, everything we needed was there. There were plenty of bikes to use for free. The house next door had construction going on but we barely heard any noise. I would 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!

Great location but very small 2BR

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but very small for a 2 BR. Upstairs bedroom is more like a loft so not much privacy. Upstairs bed is very uncomfortable. And upstairs bathroom is only big enough to accommodate someone under 200 pounds. Super super small bathrooms.
