Great Ocean View and Private Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this ocean-view condo. The private beach access was very convenient, and having free beach service with two beach sets included was a huge bonus. The condo was clean, open, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation plus a great management company.

The only thing that would have been better is if there were eating places close to walk to.

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back again soon! We love this location because it offers a quieter, more private setting away from the main crowds. We do manage several other properties with higher walkability to shops and restaurants, but in this area, being closer to a private beach often means being a little farther from walkable dining and shops.

We had the best time at Sugar Dunes and wish we could have stayed longer. The beach access was literally a step off the back deck. We found lots of sand dollars and even saw a dolphin! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

wow 5 star

I can't say enough about the views on this property. Our stay was great, we had great communication, an easy check-in, and a very informative management company. The home was clean, full of every dish and pan imaginable. We were not there for the beach service time of year but the owners had 2 backpack beach chairs in the closet that we were able to use. I am looking forward to coming back and booking a bonfire in advance for our next trip.
