This beautiful, well cared for, beachfront unit has plenty space to relax as a group or to enjoy some quiet time while getting lost in the waves outside your panoramic gulf view windows. This condo comes with Beach Service from March to October that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily by a beach attendant for your use at no extra cost!

Sugar Sands features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen are with fabulous views of the beautiful Emerald Coast everywhere you turn. It has panoramic floor to ceiling windows so you do not miss a minute of the breathtaking gulf front views. New LVP flooring has been added throughout as new loving room sofa has just been purchased. The living room also has a flat screen smart tv with cable and a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking item imaginable, a new stainless steel refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and we are continuing to update appliances this spring. The bar area offer seating for 4 and the dining table offers seating for 8.

Sugar Sands has a wonderful master suite, with comfortable king bed, a flat screen smart TV and a peek-a-boo window with gulf front ocean views. Imagine rolling over and waking up to those beautiful waves rolling in. The luxurious master bath has a dual vanity sink, a separate shower with mosaic shower floor tile and a glass door surround. The guest queen bedroom is down the hall. It has a flat screen tv, a comfy chair perfect to read a book after a long day at the beach and it has its own private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones or maybe a teen or two. It features two bunk bed sets, one with twin over a twin bed and the other with a twin over a full bed.

This complex is gated to keep others from over crowding the parking and the beach area. Sugar Sands is located in the Sugar Dune Complex which is perfect placed so it is close to shops, restaurants, but luckily it is not in the chaos of it all. If you are truly looking for a great vacation experience that is just off the busy path and truly relaxing, you can't go wrong at Sugar Sands.
