Apartment "SAINT-VERAN" - Historical Center - 68m2 - 6 people

The apartment "Saint-Véran" - completely renovated in January 2018 - is located in the historic center of Dijon, 100 meters from the Tourist Office and the Palace of the Dukes.
This 68m2 apartment includes:
- 2 bedrooms: one with a 180x200 cm double bed and the other with two 90x200 cm single beds
- 1 dining room with a kitchen
- 1 TV room with a 140x200 cm sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub / shower
This apartment is located in the building adjacent to the Hôtel des Ducs. You are independent but benefit from the hotel services if you wish. We took great pleasure in renovating this 68m2 apartment located in the historic center of Dijon and we will be happy to welcome you and advise you.

We offer private and secure parking (€ 13 / day subject to availability) or entry tickets to the Trémouille public car park (€ 10 / day) located 500 meters from the apartment.

Breakfast is available from 6.30 am to 10 am for € 12 / day (adults) and € 6 (children from 6 years) in the adjacent building. Breakfast is free for children under 6 years old. We ensure that it is very complete and qualitative. We will also be happy to advise you on the good restaurants located near the apartment.

We invite you to discover the magnificent historic center of Dijon, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The easiest way is to follow the "owl route" which passes in front of the apartment. We particularly like the Maison Millière, the Hôtel de Vogüé, the Square des Ducs, the Place de la Liberation, the Tour Philippe Le Bon, the district of the courthouse, the Saint Philibert church, the Saint-Bénigne cathedral, Halles, Place François Rude, Rue des Forges and Notre-Dame.

The reception and key collection are provided by the reception team of the Hôtel des Ducs, located at 5 rue Lamonnoye, in the building adjacent to the apartment..

Très bien placé

Très belle location. Appartement au calme sur cour pour nous, lumineux et ensoleillé, rénové récemment, bien équipé, propre… L’accueil pour récupérer les clefs se fait à la réception de l’hôtel, c’est le même bâtiment. Il n’y a pas de parking mais il y a un parking public à 5min à pied qui coûte 11€/24h. Et on peut se garer devant l’hôtel le temps de charger et décharger la voiture. L’hôtel est tellement bien placé qu’on vraiment tout faire à pied. Et il y a une super boulangerie à 2 pas pour le petit déjeuner dans l’appartement!
