Great location property poor property management

Loved location and watercolor in general. Not crazy bout communication between 360blue and watercolor. There issues should spill over to become guest issue.

The condo is super cute and the location is FANTASTIC. We were, unfortunatey, very underwhelmed with the property management company. When we arrived there was no hot water and it wasn't restored until the next day. The icemaker didn't work; the wi-fi was spoty, at best; and we couldn't find the bikes for the first 24 hours. Things were ultimately resolved but it wasn't very relaxing for the first 24 hours.

The location of this beautiful condo was perfect! Loved the king size bed, huge shower & full size washer & dryer. We had a couple of issues but Brad came by & was able to quickly take care of all our issues except the broken ice maker. He took care of the ants in the kitchen & put a new WiFi router downstairs too. I should also mention that the bottom drawer of the dishwasher doesn't roll out & there wasn't any programming information listed for the TV channels when scrolling through the on-screen guide, but these were small issues considering the location to the beach, pools & restaurants! We loved the convenient parking not far from the back patio too. We would stay here again!

Nice place to stay and great location. However the AC could not be adjusted with thermostat on bottom floor. Top floor was hot and bottom warm with no adjustment also. Oddly, the small window in the Master did not have any cover and allowed light in the room even with large darkening curtains covering the remainder of room. Also very annoying to have the cleaning crew show up at 9:45. If you are going to clearly and repeatedly relay the checkout as 10 am which is very early then at least wait until 10 to ring the doorbell to come in to clean.

Great location needs updating

This property needs an extensive cleaning. From our first step inside, there is a mildew smell. We committed because it had stated recently remodeled. While the furniture is cute, it is all worn out and dirty. The couch smells like an oily man so we covered it with a sheet. The chairs, and permanent furniture is worn out and dirty. The drape that covers the main exit is filthy. The rugs are worn out, dirty, and may be cause of mildew smell.All of the wood work looks damaged and stained. The location is excellent. Please give this property a thorough cleaning because it’s very disappointing to spend money on a dirty home.

Excellent location, nice clean comfortable stay.

This property is in an excellent location with super easy access to the beach club pools and beach. The kitchen is updated and overall the place was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately I had trouble cooking dinner for the family since the oven door doesn’t completely close and was never able to reach the correct temperature - even leaning against it to close it, there is still a gap. Also the dryer needs replacing as 3 out of 4 loads I had a drawstring get caught on the edge and it burnt the end and twisted it up a ton. So as long as you don’t dry anything with drawstrings or plan to use the oven, the place is really fantastic!!! About the customer service - We didn’t have the correct number of wristbands when we arrived even though I specifically verified the amount a couple days earlier. We didn’t receive the replacements until noon the next day, so could not access the amenities until then which was upsetting since the kids were so excited to start our vacation and we missed valuable time.

Our family has been loving Watercolor every summer for the past 10 years and once again we had a fabulous vacation! The location of this condo was terrific. We loved being so close to everything! There were a few issues. The A/C unit cannot cool the upstairs effectively. During the day the upstairs was uncomfortably warm. We reported the issue and were told the unit was cooling appropriately but it absolutely was not. There is an issue and it needs more attention than just checking the thermostat. The biggest problem was the bug infestation of the downstairs. We reported this issue on July 4th and were notified that it would be addressed after the holiday and it was never addressed. We shared our vacation with hundred of ants and will most likely be bringing many of them home as they were all over everything. The ice maker in the freezer does not work but 360 Blue did leave us a couple bags of ice. Despite the issues we still had a wonderful vacation and continue to love Watercolor!

Our experience was two-fold- the unit was about what we expected as per the interior. A few items that other reviewers mention are still present- these would be air conditioning issues upstairs, dishwasher lower rack not functioning, sporadic weak WiFi and non-responsive management. The unit currently has the exterior siding ripped off all around the entrance and the side of the unit. Not sure if this is from rotten wood or animal problems but the front entrance area smelled kind of bad and seems to be near this area. The bigger issue was that we knew nothing about the condition of the unit or the fact that construction would be going on during our stay. We understand that some noise from construction and/or routine maintenance can be expected in an popular area but that is usually limited to leaf blowing or construction on a neighboring home that you have no control over- not hammering and drilling on the actual unit that you rent. It should have been disclosed to us prior to our contract that this wou

Close to Beach

This condo was close to the beach and provided 3 boogie boards and 2 adult bicycles. We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen table was sticky and not wiped down when we arrived, but that's not a huge deal. We had a great time!

The location is wonderful. Extremely convenient being so close to The beach and watercolor beach club. The unit itself did not meet our expectations. While the decor was very pretty, upon arrival there were a bunch of bugs (dead and alive) everywhere on the first floor and the outdoor screened-in patio was ripped completely on the door and the bottom of the front screen. This was the first thing we saw upon arrival. The Downstairs AC unit is extremely loud (sounds like a jet plane is taking off) and would continuously wake up our 1 year throughout the night when it would come on. Also, the second floor would get extremely warm during the daytime. Seems there may be a problem with keeping the entire unit close to the same temperature. For the money, there are a lot of things that need improvement.

Wonderful home in a perfect location! Steps to the beach and the newly remodeled pool. The home was the perfect size for our small family of 4. The only small issues were the ice maker didn’t work very well and the AC is extremely loud on the first level. 360 Blue was super responsive all week. The bikes were a great addition as well. Great location, AC worked great but sounded like a jet engine when on. Condo was nice except they must have sprayed for bugs when we were there because we found about 20-25 roaches and other bugs on the first floor. Some alive, some dead. In the future they might want to do a mid week cleaning or something to help. It was gross. We have been vacationing on 30A for 15 years and love this area but for the money there are definitely cleaner properties.

Overall, we had a good time. A few issues included power out in the 2nd bedroom, which was fixed right away, the batteries were dead in 2 TV remotes, the AC was unbalanced cooling the 1st floor much more effectively than the 2nd, and the ice maker in the freezer was not working effectively. The condo was in a nice location close to the beach which was the best part. Just a quick walk.

Quick Trip to Watercolor - December 2017

Thanks 360Blue for the over the top hospitality and amazing trip. The condo at Watercolor was perfect - really comfortable bed and master bath. Super clean and top notch attention to detail throughout. Kitchen and upstairs living room was cozy and thanks again to 360Blue for stocking the coffee and thinking of everything a guest would need. Watercolor is a great location and didn't even have time to take advantage of all the activities and amenities that were offered.
