Palm Paradise - Fantastic 3 bedroom 3 bath stand alone house

Palm Paradise is the home you and your group are looking for! Perfect for family groups or a couples weekend. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two large balcony's you have everything you need!

Enter the home and go up a flight of stairs to the main bedroom level. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony that looks down the street to the beach. The private master bathroom suite has a shower, soaker tub, and a double vanity sink. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, perfect for kids or a couple. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the hall between the bedrooms is the washer dryer.

Up a flight of stairs is the main living space. This floor has the final 3rd bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with access in the hall and the bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen has a great island/bar to gather around and bar stools to eat at. In the eating knook is a large table for dining. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal in, and the balcony is great for eating together or enjoying a cup of coffee!

New Years Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was convenient and walk to beach was very short. We had a great trip. However house was very dirty, carpets filthy (had to wear shoes) kitchen banquet seats were all torn, need more seating in living area. The air conditioning did not work properly and we called maintenance and left message and no one responded. Pots and put pans were in sad shape. We had plenty of dishes however and the pantry in the kitchen was great for storage. The master bedroom was big with large bath and closet. The design of the shower with steps could be dangerous. The other bed rooms were small but had their own bathrooms. One bedroom did not have a TV or anywhere to put your clothes. The owners need to update this house. It needs a really good floor to ceiling cleaning.

upstairs bedrooms' both windows broken, shower door handle broken. kitchen cabinet hinge broken, carpet stained, Air condition stopped working Sunday morning. air vents dirty with black dust. jets in garden tub didnt work.

Wrightsville Beach Stay

The house was decent, but a little worn. Also, the seating was very limited for a house this size. There were no eating surfaces that were not at bar height and no coffee table. This was a problem for an elderly mother and might be a problem for kids. The location was okay but right on the main drag so a little noisy. It was nicely decorated though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful for a mellow beach vacation - close to the pier, but not too close to loud restaurants/bars. Walking distance to the SUP in the sound. The house is lived in (wall scuffs, scratched wood floors, worn carpet, mismatched dishes), but that is a bonus depending on the type of holiday you are having - for instance, toddlers can be there without fear of ruining a pristine house. Top floor is good for family hangout/dinners. House is not for highly critical/demanding vacationers, but perfect if you want a good location and basic beachhouse relaxation needs met.
