The Penthouse of a fully renovated beach condo. Ocean side of Greensboro Street only 5 houses from the beach. This is a NYC style loft apartment on the top floor of a 10 unit condo building. With tons of natural light, abundant on space, and interior designed furnishings and décor. Every detail was thought through intricately. From the throw pillows, to TV's in every room, to the electric defog bathroom mirrors, as well as offering a washer and dryer. This beach vacation will not disappoint and will guarantee to melt away stress.

We have multiple units available for short term rental in 10 East Greensboro street. Please see our other listings as well. You can book all units for a large groups and everyone can have their own private space in the same building.

Access is through rear of building. Unit is is located on the top floor no elevator, there are 3 stacked parking spaces . This space does not have a deck.

Great location and comfortable beds.

The pictures are totally accurate. This property was very comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. Owner was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great space and location!

The penthouse was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The owner was fantastic to work with - incredibly responsive and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We will be back!

Great location and space was perfect for our group of 7.

Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was nice and updated and everything else was as advertised. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. Great location and within short distance to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Excellent beach spot!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. Lots of space, very clean, easy to deal with the property manager. Walking up all the stairs wasn’t our favorite thing, but hey, we got our steps in! And it’s SO close to the beach. Walk less than a block and you hit the sand. I would absolutely stay here again!
