The home is less than a mile off the main county road 74E and a short scenic drive to Fort Collins. In the winter months it is recommended that you should have a 4 wheel drive in order access the property and surrounding area. Guests should check the weather forecast for our area during the days immediately preceding arrival. A sweater or light jacket is recommended at any time of year. Nights in the mountains can be quite chilly.
