Peaceful country place

Wonderful night stay!

Would love to stay here again! Close proximity to Ft. Collins, easy to find. Our family spent one night here, but our girls wished we could have stayed longer. Such a cute farm house, plenty of space, comfy beds, etc. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating to us since we needed a place to store our dirt bikes for the night. Vern's, which is close by, is an awesome place for breakfast! We will definitely consider renting this property again. Thank you so much!

A MUST STAY!!!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The hosts are AMAZING, and so sweet. Went more above and beyond than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in, by a mile. The place was immaculate. You can tell they care deeply about their property and making their guests incredibly comfortable. So organized and so thoughtful in what they include in the house. They literally have every little thing you could need, and the decor and everything else makes the place so cozy. Feels just like your grandmas house. I will stay again 1000%, and cannot wait to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

The perfect mountain experience

I cannot recommend this rental property and the owners more. We needed a place to stay for my Sister-In-Law’s wedding in Fort Collins. After shopping around a bit, we picked this charming cabin based on the fact that there was a play set outside and a hot tub, even though it was a little farther from where we needed to be. I’m so glad! When it started snowing on our drive in, and I finally made it up the hill, I was a little worried. But Karma was out front sweeping the snow from the steps, and she and her husband kept the walkways cleared until the snow stopped. They brought out sleds and winter gloves so my Florida babies could play in the snow. My kids had a BLAST playing on the outdoor play set and playing with the toys inside. The home was cozy but spacious, with everything we needed for our extended weekend. And my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after the kids were asleep. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy the mountain scenery while still being just a short drive to Fort Collins. The fluffy deer meandering through the front yard were icing on the cake. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we visit our family! Karma and Ron really put their love into the home, and are the most gracious hosts!

Perfect Getaway

The property was even better than was shown in the pictures! My partner and I were looking for a place that was quiet yet still close enough to Fort Collins. This was perfect! The hosts are so kind and also very quiet. Karma responded immediately and everything you may need was provided. If you’re interested in wildlife, there are tons of different birds, bunnies, and deer. The residence is also very spacious and the hot tub was excellent! Thank you so much Karma and Ron!

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Colorado

We had an incredible stay at Bellvue Blue!!! Incredibly clean and so many details to tea and coffee station, incredible hot tub with view of the stars (luckily the weather cooperated)! We used hot tub both nights and it was amazing. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure and all the possibly extras of makeup wipes and shampoo and conditioner choices, body wash, etc. Beautiful drive to Horsetooth Reservoir, family that lived in Fort Collins, and attending my husband’s MBA Graduation at Blue Arena. Would love to stay here again.

Cozy, clean, and convenient

We needed a place to stay for about a week in Bellvue while in the area for a family reunion and other activities, and Bellevue Blue was perfect for us. Our hosts were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were even a few toys for the kids to enjoy. There was plenty of space in the cozy living room for my husband's brothers and their wives to join us for a visit. The kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of the grill, hot tub, and laundry facilities. We highly recommend Karma and Bellevue Blue, and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home!

My family and I had such an amazing time here. The host is very responsive and kind. The jacuzzi was so relaxing with beautiful stars. We really enjoyed the bird watching in the morning aswell. Beautiful area and close to Fort Collins perfect destination.
