The best space for a weekend escape!

We enjoyed this cozy space so much!! We had everything we needed with the added plus of the roof top hot tub. Easy to find and so close to Old Town in Ft Co. Erik checked in to see how things were for us which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend this wonderful space for your next stay in Ft Co!!

Great location and condo condition

I liked that you can walk to Old Town in 20 minutes without walking along busy college. Go south on Jerome, cross vine, walk on paved path to cross the bridge over the Poudre River. Turn left on the Poudre trail, then right on Linden St. The hot tub on the roof was lovely, with a view of the mountains to the west.

It was a nice very clean place. It was quiet and cozy. We stayed there more than we went out to explore, because we enjoyed it so much. Definitely booking a stay again in the future!

Beautiful view, kind hosts, and welcoming home.

The owner was very professional and responsive in letting us know things ahead of tome. We loved the hot tub and the view from it. Loved the cookie and overall vibe of the house! Thanks for a relaxing get away!

Perfect stay in Fort Collins

This is our 4th time visiting Fort Collins, the first time staying at this property. I was a little hesitant because I was not familiar with the area. That was quickly changed when we pulled up to such a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to New Belgium Brewery and Okd Town.The apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Fill kitchen, washer/dryer. The hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely consider this location when we return to Fort Collins.

Great spot for my wife and I

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to get away from the rest of the family and just relax together. We enjoyed the space and the location was perfect for all the appointments in Fort Collins for the wedding.

Splendid, Lovely Place

Had such a great experience. Erik was very communicative and check-in was a breeze. The place seemed even bigger than I had thought. Everything was clean and up to date. I dont understand the bad review that was left from the previous people who stayed there. My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay. And it was pretty close to Old Town. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Chips chips chips everywhere. Garage opened every am and pm except 2 days.

Chips in paint in walls everywhere, woodwork, cabinets everywhere. Lg painting fell off wall and was in closet. Horrible markings on wall where it was. Bedroom carpet flat and filthy. Sofa pillows filthy and flat. Hot tub towels thin as old rags. Blanket on bed filthy and oil stained. Oil hand prints on its and walls we washed off. Shower rod is on backwards! Place needs repainting and talc!

Great location for everything we did. Perfect size for two people

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was less than a mile from everything we did. The parking situation worked out well for us. I was a bit apprehensive about sharing the hot tub area, but the shared timing schedule worked out great.

Easy & convenient

This was a nice, well appointed spot in fort Collins. Very easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, walkable to old town for restaurants, shops, bars. We used it as a central spot to do some hiking over a long weekend and it worked out well. Only thing that would have been nice would be a fan for the bedroom, but that's a small preference. Otherwise it was a perfect spot to act as a landing pad for our trip.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to brewery. Clean space. Our only problem was the hot water for a shower would only last a few minutes. Showers had to be fast. Would still stay here again.
