Location was perfect for what we needed to do in Ft. Collins. Erik was a great host and was pretty quick to respond to my questions. There was a small issue with the ceiling leaking due to the super heavy rains…. Once I was able to connect he got someone in to take care of things.

Quiet, well-maintained unit in a great location for visiting old town Fort Collins. Restaurants, shops, and campus are all within walking distance, as is the Poudre River Trail. With the scorching weather during our visit, we favored the A/C more than the hot tub, but both are welcome amenities.As other reviewers have mentioned, the unit is up one flight of stairs from street level, so those with mobility issues should choose thoughtfully. For those who enjoy getting around on foot, though, this is a great home base for a visit and I would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed the proximity to Old Town and the river path. Erik was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. It was a great weekend.

Good location, Nice layout, excellent place to stay for a short stint in Fort Collins. Enjoyed the area. Parking was a bit tough but better than some of the houses on the street.

The place was beautiful, very clean! Had everything we needed, and was the perfect distance from downtown and lots of great places to see, catch a drink and some great food, which was exactly what we wanted! The hot tub was such a wonderful addition, we will definitely be using this place every time they have availability. It was even right down the street from my absolute favorite coffee shop The Human Bean, which was just the cherry on top of a perfect vacation. Cant recommend this spot enough!

We have stayed in this unit several times. Very comfortable and close by to downtown. The hot tub is so nice. The king size be is wonderfully firm!! The owner is very responsive. We had a bit of a problem with the internet connection during our last stay and it took only a few hours to resolve the issue. We will stay here again if available.
