The apartment was very well appointed and located only 0.9 miles north of the heart of historic old town, and just a mile and half north of the CSU campus -- essentially walking distance to both. This is very comfortable for two persons, and Erik was readily available for questions. access and entry were easy, and the shared hot tub schedule perfectly easy to work with. The roof top hot tub was a definite bonus!
It was a nice very clean place. It was quiet and cozy. We stayed there more than we went out to explore, because we enjoyed it so much. Definitely booking a stay again in the future!
We enjoyed this cozy space so much!! We had everything we needed with the added plus of the roof top hot tub. Easy to find and so close to Old Town in Ft Co. Erik checked in to see how things were for us which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend this wonderful space for your next stay in Ft Co!!
This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to get away from the rest of the family and just relax together. We enjoyed the space and the location was perfect for all the appointments in Fort Collins for the wedding.
The owner was very professional and responsive in letting us know things ahead of tome. We loved the hot tub and the view from it. Loved the cookie and overall vibe of the house! Thanks for a relaxing get away!
I liked that you can walk to Old Town in 20 minutes without walking along busy college. Go south on Jerome, cross vine, walk on paved path to cross the bridge over the Poudre River. Turn left on the Poudre trail, then right on Linden St. The hot tub on the roof was lovely, with a view of the mountains to the west.
Great location for everything we did. Perfect size for two people
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was less than a mile from everything we did. The parking situation worked out well for us. I was a bit apprehensive about sharing the hot tub area, but the shared timing schedule worked out great.
While the house was clean there were a few things that could’ve been better and ultimately made this a stay I wouldn’t repeat. Number one was comfort. The bed was very firm and unyielding. I ended up sleeping on the couch most of the time and with the hard wood supports the couch wasn’t much better. The pillows are lumpy and uneven. They seem really old. Additionally it’s not exactly a quiet location. If you are in any way sound sensitive I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Another note is that while AC is available it’s set to only go as low as 70 and there a lock on the thermostat that doesn’t allow the temp to go lower. I’m a hot sleeper so even if the bed was comfortable I would’ve had a hard time sleeping. Tried opening the windows but the noise from the outside was too much. I did not have a chance to use the hot tub but did check it out, ultimately the views are of other houses not the mountains. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the lack of comforts.
