The property was just right for my needs. Clean and well maintained, and Erik was very responsive. Everything I could have needed for the week was provided, and the cookies were a sweet touch. The location is close to Old Town and plenty of dining options. If you're driving anything larger than a mid size sedan, I'd recommend parking out front instead of in the assigned spot.

Literally the only one negative thing was someone playing basketball at 7am...but cheers to the guy for the live of the game!! Can't be mad. Loved this place and will stay at Erik's again. His communication skills should be taught in junior high!

It was a good place to stay and very convenient. It could use a new bed and the dryer doesn't work very well. The vrbo app wouldn't open any messages in my inbox. That is a tech issue though. Overall it was a good stay.

Perfect for me and my son!

Fantastic location and super comfortable accommodations. Loved the access to shopping, restaurants, playgrounds -all within walking distance! My 4.5 yo son loved riding his bike on the nearby paths and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop. Kudos to Erik as a wonderful host - highly recommend this location.

Great location

The location was perfect for a short stay in FoCo. 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk from rafting, the Poudre river, Old Town, 3 huge breweries, and a Safeway. The place was just what we needed and we were glad to have some time up on the roof. Thanks Erik.
