Just what I needed

Was moving my son into CSU and needed a small place just for me. This was perfect. I walked to Old Town for dinners and campus was a short drive away.

Cute place. Close to Old town

This was a cute and clean little house very conveniently located to Old Town Ft.Collins. The property owner is pleasant and quick to respond. Would recommend staying here vs a high priced hotel without privacy.

The property was a great location from Old Town, CSU, and all the shops and restaurants. It didn’t have the cozy touches that many VRBO’s have that we stay in, but it was all we needed for our stay. We appreciated the house.
