The location of this 1929 cottage is hard to beat when it comes to taking in Fort Collins’ best. Just four blocks away in Old Town, shoppers will appreciate the locally owned specialty shops, featuring kitchen wares, boutiques, spices, and much more. Foodies have a wide range of dining experiences to choose from, and there is also a vibrant nightlife for those looking for a evening out on the town. Finally, if the Colorado outdoors is what you seek, the Poudre Trail is just a stone’s throw away, connecting walkers, runners, and bike riders to over 30 miles of paved trails.

The family room has a 42” flatscreen TV, with Roku and wifi, and an extra long, super comfortable sofa. Linens are luxury hotel-quality. The fenced-in, expansive backyard provides an additional gathering space for vacationers and their guests/pets.
In the spirit of minimizing our impact on the environment, all provided soaps and detergents are sulfate-free and most cleaning operations are green.

Both California natives, we moved here to attend Colorado State University. Before long we started our family and knew that Fort Collins would be our forever home. We especially love the Old Town area and have always lived within biking and walking distance. We are certain that you, too, will fall in love with Fort Collins' Old Town.
What makes this property unique
The charm of this Old Town gem can't be beat. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood and sandwiched between two of Fort Collins' most famous micro breweries, there is plenty to enjoy and all within walking distance. Breweries routinely host live entertainment, outside festivals, and tours. Once the breweries close down for the evening, Old Town is known as one of Colorado's best entertainment districts.
