I like that the property was close to downtown. Check in was easy. When asked, I would tell people that the decor was eclectic and I felt drunk walking around the house. I understand the house is very old, but the differences in flooring and door thresholds were a little challenging for my 88 year old mother in law. I was really hoping she wouldn’t trip and fall. So overall it was an ok place to stay. Not necessarily for an older person with mild disabilities. This is a good place for small families or a couple. I appreciate that it was available and Stacy was always in communication. We even used the discounts she sent.

wonderful experience at this property

This house was really nice, and amazingly well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet but close to CSU and Downtown. Didn't take advantage of the bikes, but had a great time in the backyard with cornhole and the hammocks inside were a really fun (and comfy) feature. Thank you for helping to make our stay so perfect!

When I arrived there was a strong smell that gave us all instant headaches. There was an infestation of live and dead bugs especially around the windows. We left within 10 minutes and did not stay. We did call the number provided for emergencies and they said a supervisor would call us shortly. Never called back.

Fort Collins bungalow

This property is in a great location to downtown Fort Collins. It is a fun, eclectic little place that is on a quiet street that was a great stay for our family. Property manager is super easy to deal with and very responsive. The house is stocked with everything that you need for your trip and more. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Great location, fun and quirky home. Overall we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. We like to cook, if you plan on cooking I would consider bringing my own cookware. Kitchen is nicely set up with basics but not beyond that. We had a great time!
