Nestled along Whitcomb Street, this cozy cottage is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins where historic charm abounds! You will love your daily commute to the city center, a delightful walk with picturesque tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. Here you can grab a bite to eat, check out the Museum of Art or hit the local boutiques for an afternoon of shopping – then head home to rest up before catching a show at The Lincoln Center. You will love being able to park the car and forget about it!

NOTE: This home is an over-under duplex. You will be renting the upper level of this home, a loft-style apartment. You will have private use of the entire upper level, with the exception of a shared backyard. The house is well insulated but if there is ever an issue with noise, we are easily accessible to help accommodate your needs!

NOTE: The entryway stairs are relatively steep and could be challenging for those with limited mobility.
