Welcome to our recently remodeled 1903 Victorian home! You will absolutely love the light-filled space with tree top views and plenty of skylights. Not to mention the superb location – a short 10 minute walk from the many shops and restaurants of Historic Old Town Fort Collins. Walk everywhere from this downtown location!

Nestled along Whitcomb Street, this cozy cottage is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins where historic charm abounds! You will love your daily commute to the city center, a delightful walk with picturesque tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. Here you can grab a bite to eat, check out the Museum of Art or hit the local boutiques for an afternoon of shopping – then head home to rest up before catching a show at The Lincoln Center. You will love being able to park the car and forget about it!

NOTE: This home is an over-under duplex. You will be renting the upper level of this home, a loft-style apartment. You will have private use of the entire upper level, with the exception of a shared backyard. The house is well insulated but if there is ever an issue with noise, we are easily accessible to help accommodate your needs!

NOTE: The entryway stairs are relatively steep and could be challenging for those with limited mobility.

Great location

Rental provided close proximity for all our needs while visiting csu, friends, and family. When attempting to find the rental be aware the profile pic does not match the front of the house. It makes it difficult to know you're at the correct house. The profile pic shown is what the back of the house looks like behind the garage and fence. You can only see this view if you are on the property. Moderately clean, hair tie and sock from previous guests found upon arrival. Couch was dirty and had a foul odor. The couch is not a “double sofa bed” it does not fold out, it is a stationary couch. A guest could sleep on top of the couch but no linens are provided for that as listed. Each and every time the water is used/turned on, or shower, or flush of toilet, there is a loud humming like a motor boat revving. It is from the water system installed in the washroom located next to the bedroom. Floors are very creaky, to be expected of a beautiful old home. Walls are paper thin so when downstairs guests are up and loud at 1 or 2am you can hear everything. Making a good night's sleep difficult. As mentioned by other guest reviews the stairs are steep but more important for your safety, do not take a misstep, there is no allowance to miss falling down the stairs. Location was nice but with the noise, cleanliness, and for safety reasons, we would select a different rental property from Mountain Time. Thank you, we loved Fort Collins!

Great stay and awesome location

This is the perfect place if you want to stay in downtown Fort Collins. Great little house. Very clean, and comfortable beds. Just a word of warning that the stairs going up are kind of steep so if you have older folks who would have a hard time pulling luggage up the stairs, maybe this wouldn’t be the place for you. As a 40 something with just 2 adults, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Bright, airy retreat near downtown Fort Collins

Bright, clean, airy home in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the fresh linens, comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities, especially in the kitchen. Skylights and windows throughout provide plenty of natural light. Space is ample yet cozy. We made the lovely 10/15-min walk to downtown every day for coffee or a meal or window shopping—really delightful. Stacy, the property manager, responded promptly to our questions, and checking in and out was easy. Thanks for a comfortable and cozy holiday stay.
