Perfect condo for us and our adult son and his wife. Conveniently located and all around lovely condo. Management was prompt with their responses when we had questions. Would stay here again!!

There were no surprises with this rental. The unit was exactly like the pictures and listing. It was very clean and had plenty of room. Stacy was great and very responsive. The location is great too. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area.

Baum St. townhome

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse on Baum St.Baum. The area was very quiet, the train was not noticeable. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen and seating area provided ample space for our family to relax and prepare meals. All necessary items for kitchen and bathrooms was provided. Easy walk to downtown.We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property.

Quick visit

A brief two day stop on our way further west. Enjoyed exploring Fort Collins and the location of this property was perfect for that! Close to Old Town with great restaurants and shopping. The townhouse worked great for our family and It was nice to have the garage.

Modern townhome in great location

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying in this townhome in the heart of Fort Collins. The home had everything we needed (Skeech was a blast), and the staff was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will absolutely recommend it to others.

The place was really nice. We as a family enjoyed the special time together and celebrated our oldest graduation from CSU. It really was not very close to town. Also the bathroom tub wasn’t concreted in place so as you took a shower it squeaked and creaked.

Perfect for a small reunion

We were delighted with the property. It is exactly as pictured on the listing. Clean, well stocked, plenty spacious for four ladies having a small reunion. The location is wonderful - close to downtown.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

Wonderful stay! I came to Fort Collins to see my daughter at CSU and stayed here for the week. So happy I did. The listing is excellent for location to the downtown area. Nice stay

Nice clean place and good location. We rented bikes and biked everywhere. The only problem we had was that the code didn’t work to open the garage and our Tacoma didn’t fit in the garage.

Perfect location for Old Town Ft Collins

Very comfortable place. Enjoyed the ‘Skeech’ (sp?) board game upstairs. No issues with the place and having a garage was a plus. Just wish there was a garage opener. Getting out of the car to open the door was not that big a problem unless it was raining.

Awesome Townhouse!

The home was great. Everything was as described and better. Great location, close enough to the action without the hassles being close to the action. Came to town to visit my daughter, who moved with a couple of the girls. We were able to have the girls over to enjoy a glass of wine before taking them out to dinner, made the trip special having enough room to have a few friends visit. Plenty of towels, beds are comfy and kitchen as anything you should need. This is the third home I have booked with Stacy and she by far the most organized host I’ve experienced.

Beautiful Property…Amazing Property Manager!

Stacy’s property was the perfect place for our family! We were in town to finish a few details before for our son’s wedding weekend in Estes Park. We absolutely loved how easy it was for all of us to gather comfortably and the proximity to everything in Fort Collins is hard to beat. Stacy’s place was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy and snuggly, and the kitchen was well stocked. The most amazing part of our are stay though, actually have to do with Stacy. Halfway on our way to Estes after check out, we realized we accidentally left some personal belongings in the townhome. A quick text to Stacy and she immediately responded and began to work with us to find a solution. Because of her responsiveness, the forgotten belongings were recovered and we were able to have someone pick them up for us. We were so grateful and feel that Stacy is one of those very special people that seem hard to come by these days. It would be an honor to stay again at Stacy’s property!

This property was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Old Town, clean, and comfortable. The listing originally stated there was a workspace with a desk but on arrival there wasn’t a desk. I was working from this location so I contacted the host and they fixed it immediately. The property management was super responsive and very friendly!!! This did not impact our stay one bit.
