Great spot that looked just like the photos. Clean and spacious for our weekend away. In a great location 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 15 minutes from Old Town. The extremely spacious garage came in so handy for all our bikes, climbing, and water sport gear plus two cars. Host was extremely communicative, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!

We stayed here while visiting my son who recently moved to Fort Collins. Nice home, great neighborhood, close to many breweries and Old Town. Management was excellent, no issues, clear instructions for check in and check out.

You had all we needed for our stay. Our family was able to visit us for meals and playing the board games you provided with open room and kitchen. Only thing was main bedroom with bathroom has the low bed which our back and knees’ health made us both have trouble getting in and out of (66 and 61 yo). We made use of sleeping in another bedroom which was great. Thanks so much!

Short Trip to Fort Collins

I decided to try VRBO instead of a hotel and was very happy. Place was fantastic and the communication was incredible. I would recommend and will pick this place again next visit. Very very clean and modern. Excellent location.

Mountain Vacation in a Cozy Neighborhood

Fort Collins was fantastic, and this little home was pretty close to everything we needed to see. Trails, Old Town, shops, restaurants, they were all close. Be sure to drop into Totally '80s Pizza and Josh and John's for the BEST ice cream I've ever had. Purple Mountains Majesty is a magical flavor. So great.

Clean and attractive property in a neighbourhood without any particular scenic views. Had some minor problems which were promptly addressed by Property Manager. Would certainly use it again. Fort Collins is a beautiful city, well worth a visit and close to Rocky Mountain NP.

Nice property and management

The stay was fine. The property was cheaply constructed and has an undersized air handling capability. We notified the property manager about this and they immediately fixed it as best they could, but the problem is cheap construction to begin with. That being said, everything else about the property was very satisfactory.

I really would like to leave a 5 star but…

Place was very clean, easy access, and quiet. There was a glitch, but Stacy got it taken care of right away. The only thing I would recommend is to provide more silverware, Kleenex, plastic wrap and foil. Minor things, but I think the renter shouldn’t have to provide paper goods when you’re staying a week..

Family time in FC

The unit fit our needs and accomplished our purpose of providing a place for us to stay while in town for a graduation party and bridal shower. We have been property managers in Whitefish, MT for a lake home there so know a bit about the challenges of managing a rental property. This is a very nice property that could be even better than it currently is and we’d be happy to share our thoughts with the manager if she would like to do so. That said it should not prevent anyone from booking the property, it is a lovely home.

We loved this house! The neighborhood was great, very clean and family friendly. It was a super convenient location, easy to get to and from. I appreciated the garage, and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Stacy was very attentive and friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving stay for a family

Great location that made a Thanksgiving family trip to Fort Collins easy! Close to downtown with a simple check-in process. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the host provided lots of helpful instructions.

Not much sleep

The decor was cute and it was clean. I was not crazy about the location. A train blows by and is loud! (Earplugs were provided). Also the beds are terrible. Way to soft and everyone complainted about the matresses.
