House is in a great location, very close to Old Town. Plenty of space, great rooftop deck and kitchen was well stocked. Living room could use a bigger sofa/sectional for more seating, in relation to how many the house sleeps.

Great place, it was just as the description stated. Close to the breweries and the downtown area. Location is great for walking to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in town visiting.

We had a great stay! The house was roomy with comfortable beds. The decor was very cool. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio both in the morning and evening. We appreciated the garage to park our vehicle inside, and we even enjoyed the bikes, helmets and bike locks provided by the host. Great location near Old Town and not far from CSU.

Excellent stay!

Lovely home! The location is perfect for walking to breweries or downtown, the house was clean and well stocked, and the check-in/out process was simple. We ended up changing our itinerary and extending our stay and Stacy made it super easy! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property was close to everything you need yet far enough away to be quiet. Great area to just go outside and walk down a path and see where it leads you. Neighbors are walking dogs and everyone is friendly even though they know your not a local.

Close to old town fort collins

This home was well kept with lots of space and it still felt homey. There was everything you needed. It has a fullly equipped beautiful kitchen for staying in and making a meal with family. the home has a lovely roof with a for pit outside and a cozy gas fire place in the living room. Our stay was lovely. I would recommend Stacy's properties when visiting CO.
