Great location, close to Old Town restaurants and bars. It's also easy to get out to I-25 if you need to go somewhere else north or south of Fort Collins. The property is well furnished, modern and clean.
The house was absolutely gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed having a comfortable location to regroup and center ourselves with the amount of excitement we had while in Colorado! While close to train tracks, we actually never heard the trains going through. Planning on a return trip already!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled you found our house comfortable and enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back to Colorado. Safe travels!
The house is really beautiful and convenient to everything we needed. It’s close to walking trails for our dog and easy to get to old town, and to where our family lives. We have stayed in Stacy’s homes before and always found her to be available and welcoming. We had our granddaughters sleepover with us. The bedding was beautiful and wonderfully soft, and our girls loved the bunk beds. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted and we baked cookies and muffins in the morning. There was even muffin tin liners! The only down sides were that the sidewalk and front steps were extremely icy (from a storm 4 days before) when we got there. As soon was we called, someone evidently came over to put salt on it which helped. We did make a “day of” reservation, so they may not have kept up with snow removal, and it was the only snow of the winter. It continued to snow while we were there, and we couldn’t find a shovel to clear it so we used a broom. The hot tub wasn’t functional, which we didn’t know about ahead of time. Even though it didn’t heat, it did run the whole time, which we could hear all night in the bedrooms. Since I was there to do heavy labor, (moving my dad) a hot tub was one of the reasons I booked this place! We did have a really good stay, and I am sure I will return. I will double check that the hot tub is working, however!
