The house is perfectly located minutes from the main attractions and just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Clean and organized, the house had a relaxed vibe and a few areas to just sit and relax including outdoor and indoor spaces. The host was very responsive.

Great place to stay

Great location for walking to lots of places, clean and comfortable home, kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils/pans, easy entry with code, alley parking spot lots of street parking, host communicated promptly, spacious, nicely decorated. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Right across the street from Library park. Walking distance to everything in Old Town! Perfect little yard for our senior dog. Great location and space for our small grandchildren. Everything that we needed was there. Our stay was 9 days and it was fantastic!

Tessa was a great host, she was easy to communicate with. The house was great. It was within walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to CSU. I strongly recommend booking this home. FYI if you have AT&T, screenshot the home's instructions prior to getting there. AT&T's reception was not great around downtown and it took a bit to find a spot with reception to open the instructions.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the master bed was incredibly comfortable. I particularly liked the two sitting areas in the house. The owners communicated very well, and we had no issues. The house was just a short walk from town, where there were plenty of bars, cafes, shops, and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fort Collins!

Great House/Location

The house worked great for our Christmas visit to Fort Collins, with our two sons. The house was as advertised. Only negative was the dryer not working. Wonderful location!

The house is beautiful, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect--in Old Town and close to the animal hospital where our dog was being treated for cancer. Here's my only complaint--and it's not against the owners. The person who has been hired to manage your property was not friendly--very matter of fact, and owning VRBO properties in the past myself, it was not a good experience dealing with her. She chastised us because we had to leave early (we were not expecting a refund by the way) because our dog passed away suddenly, and we couldn't figure out how to lock the door and called and told her so. She was rude over the phone to us and told us that the house would have to stay unlocked until the following day when someone would come to clean it, and it would be left unlocked until then and luckily the house is in a good neighborhood. Isn't it her job to make sure that someone went to the house to make sure it was locked as a property manager? We did the best we could. My husband tried several times to lock the door (and he used to be a contractor--and installed many locks) and under the circumstances, were already upset about our dog. Like I said, we loved the house--but if it were mine, I would hire a different property manager.

We're very glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable, and appreciated the location. We would like to clarify one point regarding the door lock. Detailed locking instructions are included in our check-in information, and in the years we have managed this property, we have not had another guest experience difficulty locking the door. Had we known you were having trouble, we would have been more than happy to walk you through the process over the phone. Unfortunately, the home was left unlocked not only when you departed, but throughout your stay. While the neighborhood is very safe, we do ask all guests to keep the property secured whenever they leave for the safety of the home and its contents.
