Very stylish, cute and comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town and CSU campus. No long checkout procedures, very easy. Our host provided great communication and we even had a garbage angel quietly take out the trash on trash day. No complaints, will almost certainly stay here again next year.

We loved this house! The neighborhood was great, very clean and family friendly. It was a super convenient location, easy to get to and from. I appreciated the garage, and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Stacy was very attentive and friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Blissful stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! The location was great, property was well maintained and equipped, and the host team did an excellent job communicating. Great location for a family to stay and very child friendly home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was good except the host felt personally attack when I asked about towels. The only gave one towel per person. I commented that I could not find any extra towels as indicated in the Welcome book. They replied that they only give extra towels for gueste that stay at least two weeks. In any hotel they will give me clean towels any time I need them. They should not be that stingy with towels, they don't cost that much and we could wash them and we did, but we should not have to wait for them. If they would have 2 towels person, we could wash one set and use the 2nd while one is washing, The rest was fine but also surprised about someone entering the garage (3rd person party) to take out the trash and brring it back in when we are there. It felt unsafe when someone can come in and do that. We can do it, take it out and bring it in and feel safer. The rest was fine, nice area and parked inside the garage.

With more than 200 homes under our care, we use consistent linen standards and provide each guest with a complete set of bath linens, with additional sets provided for longer stays. A washer and dryer are also available for refreshing linens as needed. We also understand your concern about the garage. Our trash service team accesses only the designated area to handle the bins so guests can enjoy their stay without worrying about trash day. We appreciate you mentioning this and will continue looking for ways to make that service as clear as possible before arrival. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback.

Great spot that looked just like the photos. Clean and spacious for our weekend away. In a great location 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 15 minutes from Old Town. The extremely spacious garage came in so handy for all our bikes, climbing, and water sport gear plus two cars. Host was extremely communicative, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!

Thanksgiving stay for a family

Great location that made a Thanksgiving family trip to Fort Collins easy! Close to downtown with a simple check-in process. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the host provided lots of helpful instructions.

Perfect for our weekend to visit CSU student

This is a great property, very comfortable, convenient. We ate most meals out of the house, but the space, beds and bathrooms all more than met our needs.
